I enjoyed the breakfast and room size

I didn't like the location at all, I was dissapointed as when I booked on late rooms i was told it was a 4star which it clearly was not!

Very spacious, great for those with babies or young children. Lovely, helpful staff. Good breakfast. Ample free and unreserved parking. Short drive to Liverpool town centre.

We stayed at the hotel for a city trip to Liverpool. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable with a huge and cosy bed, tv, couch and desk, writing desk, kettle and many other amenities. Everything was very clean and tidy. The bathroom was spacious, modern and clean as well (Just our sink had some issues) The reception staff was very friendly and helpful with great tips for our visit to the city. The hotel is located outside of Liverpool, but a taxi takes only 15-20 mins for around £12 pounds - definitely worth to take a taxi as the costs for petrol and parking will be the same.

The breakfast was sufficient, good quality but rather limited in the choice of food and drinks.

The size of the room. Extra interior door meant we could shut out noise from corridor of noisy wedding guests at 3 in morning!

The croissants at breakfast were so hard I could have broken a window with them.!! Free wifi veeeery sloooow.

The room was lovely very spacious. The barmaid was brilliant so helpful.

The menu in the restaurant very expensive especially for a mozerella salad 4 bits of cheese and some lettuce quite disappointed.

Very friendly staff, rooms very spacious, comfortable and clean. Leisure facilities very good as well as the Restaurant - food was of high quality. Would definatley come back should I be in the area again.

Location was in a Business/Trade Park and not a pretty outlook. But then who spends time looking out of the window onto a duel carriageway on a cold April morning? The were little difference between a Standard/Delux room and the Executive Suites apart from a fridge, Ironing board, radio and dressing robes. The room size was the same - I was really expecting more for the price I paid.

I cannot fault this hotel, has all the facilities one would require for a relaxing hotel stay. Clean modern and very spacious bedrooms, would defintately recommend to friends and stay here again.

I liked everything about the hotel, comfortable, clean rooms, friendly staff, lovely food.

Peace and quiet.

Disappointed that all the facilities in the spa were not working and the bar meals were not being served as when we last visited.

There wasnt anything wrong with this hotel .. we very much enjoyed our stay here and will definately stay again.

the air conditioning. even if i turned it off it wouldn't go off and was very noisy.

The greatest asset of The Suites Hotel is the STAFF. We found the to be attentive yet not intrusive. The attention to detail in our room was amazing. Thank you. Clean,tidy beautiful. No cooked brekfast for early risers.

The rooms were spacious & clean. The bed was so comfortable! Free parking. Lovely jacuzzi & pool area.

The staff at the Suites are always so friendly and helpful, and this was one of the reasons we returned to the hotel a second time. The rooms are spacious and extremely clean and the location is ideal for us.

Some lamps in our room didn't work, which wasn't ideal as there wasn't a main light on the ceiling of the room. Also, the room struck cold and the heating dial didn't seem to make any difference.
