On the minute of arriving we were treated as royalty and this continued throughout our stay. The hotel staff were very helpful and I would happily return and spend another holiday at this hotel.

Great location, as we were visiting friends on that side of Perth. Remo was friendly and welcoming and kindly upgraded us to a family room as the hotel was quiet. Breakfast was perfect! We would definitely stay again and hope that it would be for more than one night.

The welcome could not have been better. A very friendly, warm hotel. The room had stunning views over Perth. Esay walk into the centre of the city. The breakfast wasexcellent. Would definately return on a visit to Perth. Shower could do with an update.

The hotel is a lovely family hotel with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful and nothing was a bother. Breakfast was also very good. For a relaxing weekend and a bit of local sightseeing, I would highly recommend it. It is only 10 minutes walk from the town centre.

my wife and I arrived on a cold wet day and once we got inside we were given a very warm and friendly welcome. The room was clean and tidy and the breakfast was excellent.We would certainly use this hotel again whether for a weekend or overnight stay.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Ample car parking. Food was first class. Room was very comfortable. Dining and bar facilities were excellent. Good central location. Remo was very helpful and his knowledge of the area was very useful. We will definitely go back hopefully in the spring.

Completely charming hotel. A warm welcome from the moment you arrive. The room I had was gorgeous with a wonderful view. The public rooms are also lovely - a small, cosy bar with a good selection of drinks and an honesty box for late night caps. I came down after a tiring journey to find a little table set up, snacks laid out and a well chilled Tio Pepe quickly provided. They also serve dinner in a rather lovely room - I'd definitely try this next time. One of the best value hotels I've stayed in. The only thing I could possibly fault were the biscuits in the room. In a Scottish hotel where everything is such good quality, I'd like to see all butter shortbread or something similar....

Personal attention of owner, comfort, and quality of food (excellent breakfast cooked exactly as requested and an absolutely delicious fresh muffin). Having stayed here I would not consider anywhere else in Perth.

Very friendly hotel well situated for ease of access between north and south. Ten minutes walk into the city centre (three by car!) but then avoids the noise and commotion if you're looking for a more country- style hotel coupled with a city break. Relaxing ambience and a calm which makes a stay very relaxing and enjoyable. Good value. Creaky floor on the room above but it was only ever for a few minutes!

Very friendly and atentive owners, really made us feel special. Room was comfortable with a nice view over the city. Breakfast and dinner were high quality, well cooked and well presented. Service was excellent. Highly recommended. Some road noise as our room overlooked the main road to Dundee, but more than compensated for by the outstanding service we received and the view over the city.

Excellent choice of Hotel for our needs and comfort. Within walking distance of town and alternative dining establishments, all recommended by hosts. Hosts and staff were very friendly, helpful and especially polite. Sunbank House Metro Hotel food was well prepared, presented and served. We have no complaints in respect of our stay Sunbank House Metro Hotel, and would return there when next in the area
