I found this hotel, and the price of rooms were extremely good. The location was lovely!it was right on the sea front,so when you came down for your breakfast, you were looking out onto the sea and beach. The breakfast was lovely and couldn't have asked for more,it was served very quickly to you and it was very hot. I would definitely recommend it to people. The staff were very polite and helped you straight away,if you needed it.

Twin room was very tight squeeze & 1 bed was very uncomfortable.
12 April 2015
Parking is difficult unless you leave car for the duration of stay as there are a few B&B's adjacent each being full hence too many cars and not enough parking spaces.
Convenience of being near the town but not to near so as to hear the noise of the amusements etc

Would have just like a little more toast for breakfast to be brought to table so we didn't have to keep asking.
We stayed in the "family room" which was a decent size, so we had room to play board games together (on the floor!) in the evening.

Parking was hard work close by but plenty a little further away and located a bit of a walk from shops, saying that if your there for a relax makes an enjoyable walk along the beach.
Lovely Host, very friendly! Comfy bed, excellent views from 4 poster room! Would definitely stay again

Once we started to unpack in our room we were moved to another room, despite our first room remaining empty for that first night. Our replacement room was not as nice being smaller, poorly laid out with furniture blocking a wardrobe,a mirror inaccessible because of a chair and a thin partition wall meaning we heard guests next door all evening and night disturbing our sleep. This spoiled things as the price remained the same yet the quality of what we got changed noticeably from one room to the next and being asked to change room is less than ideal, you should know where you want to put your guests prior to there arrival. We explained our concerns upon leaving but were met with excuses regarding the age of the property and errors with Booking.com. Overall our stay was spoilt as a basic level of professionalism was just not there, the reviews appeared positive but our experience sadly wasn't.
Our bed was comfortable and Weymouth is a nice town.

Ensuite bathroom was very small Our room was on the third floor, no lift making it difficult for my husband to negotiate the stairs each time we we came in and out of the Guesthouse. We should have checked this out before we booked. Wewere unable to carry our suitcases up all of the stairs. The staff did help with this.
Comfortable bed, very clean, and room serviced and cleaned every day. Breakfast was excellent cooked fresh each morning. Staff very helpful and considerate. Lovely view from room on Weymouth Bay. Easy access to trains and buses.
