In central Derry, just outside the historic walls, Sunbeam House offers charming guest house accommodations and a warm welcome. This family-run bed and breakfast is just a 5 minute walk from Derry’s main shopping centers, restaurants, bars, theater and cathedrals. The bus and train station is just a 10 minute walk away. All of the rooms are cozy, comfortable and homey. The rooms have TVs and courtesy trays, and each room is centrally heated and comfortably decorated. Every effort has been made to retain the original character of the property, while also offering modern amenities at affordable prices. A generous and tasty full cooked English breakfast is included in the price. Please note that no breakfasts are served during the Christmas and New Year season. Hotel Rooms: 4

Excellent breakfast Didnt seem to know we were coming, confusion on which rooms were ours. One of the rooms didnt have an en-suite. No heating on when we arrived, even though it was december.one of the rooms didnt have any heating for the entire length of our stay.

The b&b was within walkin distance of the city which meant no looking for carparking. The house was lovely and clean and the staff so friendly and welcoming. The bedroom was perfect for our family. Breakfast was beautiful. Would stay again

The staff were extremely friendly and gave us a mini orientation of the city - very helpful. Also we had a room for 4 adults which is hard to find with B&B's so we liked the fact that we could all be in one room. Great value for our money.

La propietaria fue muy amable, wifi en las habitaciones. El baño era enano, la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear, hacia frio en las habitaciones, no hay ascensor, el barrio un poco cutre

Excelente servicio, habitaciones impecables El único "problema" fue que al llegar no había nadie para recibirnos dado que era el festival de Halloween de la ciudad. Tuvimos que abrir con la llave que habían dejado y buscar nosotros mismos la habitación, pero tampoco fue un gran problema. Por lo demás todo excelente, impecable y fantástico.

Le b&b sunbeam est parfait pour un halte en ville. Sa situation géographique permet la visite à pied de Londonderry et les conseils de Kathleen sont très avisés. Son accueil est des plus chaleureux et sa maison très bien tenue.

L’hôtel est très bien situé, le personnel est très accueillant et serviable. Les chambres sont très bien tenues et le petit déjeuner très copieux. Merci à Kathleen pour sa gentillesse et ses conseils. Pas de possibilité de Wifi.
