Our hostess was very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was on time and very good and the location to the city walls and everything we wanted to do in Derry couldn't have been more convenient. |

The staff was quite wonderful and could not do enough to assist. the breakfast was made to order according to my needs, fresh well prepared. My room had been used by a smoker. The hotel was warm and cosy. It is ideally located in the city of Derry and an easy walk into the city. Parking is on the street but presented not problem to me. I felt safe and comfortable there, sad to leave in fact. my room was a double en-suite, but was rather small and cramped though comfortable |

Staff very pleasant, excellent location. Rooms good size and pleanty of on street parking Shower was cold, had to wait 10 mins to be able to check in as no one was at hotel, asked for late check out of 1 hour and this was not able to be accommodated. |

The lady( sorry I don't remember her name , ( not the owner ) that cooked and did the cleaning was very nice, and helpful. Evwen though I have been to Derry many times, she helped me to find things to do, that I didn't know about. Even though it was a double, the room was extremely small. |

The staff were extremely helpful, really made us feel at home. Breakfast was very good too. B+B is very close, within walking distance to shops and restaurants and there is free parking. |

La posizione di questo B&B è ottima per visitare la città. La signora che gestisce il Sunbeam è molto gentile e disponibile a dare consigli su dove mangiare, cosa visitare ecc. La colazione è buona e soddisfacente soprattutto in relazione al prezzo molto equo. La camera era piccolissima, troppo sacrificato lo spazio per due persone (difficoltà a muoversi od appoggiare qualcosa). Il bagno minuscolo con una sola salvietta (eravamo in coppia). Forse si era dimenticata la prenotazione visto che, nonostante l'orario da Lei indicato, non c'era nessuno ed abbiamo dovuto telefonare (con difficoltà da parte nostra per la lingua...). |

Me encantó, es como una casita de muñecas... Las mujeres que lo llevan son encantadoras y muy atentas. No tengo ninguna pega. Desde luego que cuando vuelva a Derry voy a reservar en este mismo B&B. |
