Lovely room, different (in a good way) experience! Mainly German plug sockets, phone didn't seem to work (nothing worth mentioning really) |

The uniqueness of the hotel We could not drive up to the hotel because of the Excel motor show and we should have been warned by Sunborn. Also, we were sent walking a mile to get a taxi which was incorrect and had to wait half hour more for another one. |

Everything. We were going to the Motor Show at the Excel Centre so the hotel was on site. We flew into City Airport which was only 10 minutes away. We ate in the Yacht Club Bar and the restaurant and the food was excellent. Our room was exactly as in the advert. I couldn't fault it. No. It was a wonderful experience |

Close proximity to Excel and unique style of the hotel Staff were not particularly friendly - they always seemed a little pre-occupied. There was also some confusion over payment/checkout which has still to be rectified. The hotel and location were excellent but the overall experience was spoiled by some disinterested members of staff. Pity. |

The yacht and accomodation were excellent. The location was much too far away from london. |

Location False fire alarm going off twice on successive mornings at 6am - implies the hotel has not dealt with the problem. No apology forthcoming either from the hotel staff. Unsure whether to recommend hotel in the future. |

The room was great, lived up to expectations and the effect of the novelty factor on my wife was brill! Services were very good although the bar prices were galactical! Aside from the bar prices, I felt the reception staff were very down in the mouth. |

Beautiful Room. Unique location/ theme, we loved the idea of staying on a Cruise ship for a short break. Saff could be much more friendly and welcoming. Distance from central london quiet long, change trains 3 times. eats up the time. |

View! A great place for a hotel and a novel experience after so many drab chain hotels. I couldn't understand why parking was £10 a day when the whole car park was empty. Some of the balcony wood surfaces need revarnishing but I am being very picky. |

quiet and relaxing stay I found the room very warm, would have appreciated an electric fan for air circulation. At night a constant whining noise was irritating. |
