Suncliff Hotel    

Nice hotel, good location and good breakfast. Good value for money. Hyvä sijainti ja mukava huone, lapsille pieni uima-allas ja upea ranta lähellä. Keväällä hintataso tosi kohtuullinen.

Good location, close to the pier and about 15 min walk to shops. Free parking and WiFi. Cheap.

Without a doubt the smallest room I've ever stayed in and I've stayed in a few. There was not enough room for two people to move around with ease. Lucky we didn't have much luggage it would not have fitted! Had to pay extra for a later checkout which we did so we'd have plenty of time for pool, sauna and Jacuzzi. Got very disappointed when there was NO jacuzzi. HARD bed!! I would not recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice.

The rooms are not at all sound proofed. You could hear the person's phone conversation next door.

Worst bed ever...double with lumps and dents. Parking. Insufficient at hotel and. 2 hotels next door. Had to park on street.

i enjoyed our stay but would like too see abetter menu such as more seafood an d better late night food served in the rooms other than that it was excellent good value for ones money thank you

Booked into a Penthouse suite, WOW.! Fantastic views.The staff were very smiley & obliging making this a lovely mini break. Will definitely return.Many thanks Suncliff.

Easy access to beach and to walk into twn

Hotel was clean and comfortable,indoor pool was nice .enjoyed our dinner time with music and songs.

There was no lock in bathroom n I felt bit cold as there were fixed timing for heating.I Asked for separeate heater and didn't get it till we left.and there was no mixer of hot and cold water in sink.only problems I faced in my stay.

We stayed for 3 days over the BH weekend, very busy. Loved loved the food, breakfast is amazing, soo much choice, tasty, clean and perfect for the price we payed. The location is stunning. The staff at the hotel is welcoming, helpful and make your visit worth it. The assistant manager Tom was soo nice he took on board that we wanted a slightly bigger room as we had a toddler with us got back to us the next day and provided us with much bigger and better room soon as one available. The fact that he actually remembered and came back to us himself was was worth praising. Thank you Tom.

The worse thing about this hotel is the timings of leisure centre which closes at 9pm and that's exactly when one get back to the hotel and wants to go and have a swim or go n have a relaxing couple of minutes in the Sauna or a game of squash. Not just the Leisure centre, the kitchen also shuts at 9pm So we returned to the hotel and realised there's no available leisure centre and NO FOOD. We then had to order a pizza (tasted aweful) but hats off to Peter one of the staff at the hotel who helped us with ordering dinner. The staff is exceptionally good!! I think the leisure centre should atleast be open till 11 and the kitchen also, as alot of people have late dinner especially on holidays.. Or even if you want to order something late night it's not nice to know the kitchen is CLOSED.. Appart from these two issues everything else was awesome..

Food, and service and for us a sea view room with balcony was the tops.

Some of the decor needs modernising, the bathroom especially, The hot water was only luke warm.

Room was very tired, wallpaper peeling, very hot,but with window open was to noisy

Good location and we could park outside. Everything was clean and staff were friendly.

Decor was old and dated. Our room was very expensive and labelled a 'suite' but was tiny. Also practically no toiletries etc provided despite it being a 4* hotel

food excellent, staff very good, pool lovely, clean and tidy, over-all brilliant

some staff clean table a bit too eagerly so felt rushed, bar prices make you go elsewhere

all of it our stay was for our diamond wedding and was perfect the restaurant staff were fantastic thank you.

Nice room - friendly staff - dining room manager ideal for job - good food - even the included breakfast. We've used all the Oceana group hotels in Bournemouth and they are all good - but this one suits our budget and standard.

Hotel was very dated , burn makes in bedding, nothing like web site makes it look

Proximity to town centre and all bus routes.

We were a couple on a corridor with everyone else on the corridor that were on a coach trip, so noisy with these people coming in in groups late at night. Should not mix coach party holiday makers with ordinary couples.
