Well situated, did not have to drive. Very clean hotel, most of the staff were exceptionally polite and friendly. I would stay here again and highly recommend the Suncliff Hotel Information of use of Spa facilities were not clear. Pitty one staff member in dinning room was abrupt |

Getting out of and away from hotel! Most of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room size - pokey. We found the bed very hard (We like a hard bed but like this was too much). Neither room nor hotel had anywhere pleasant to sit, relax, read newspaper, have drink (Large public rooms were either empty and soulless, or jam-packed full and noisy). Virtually all coach parties; not a place for the individual family travellers. |

the size of the rooms was ok. the site also was ok near the sea.above all the price was fantastic with the discount which i was offered. the packing was small so i had to park outside the premises of which i was not camfortable with it becouse i didn`t know the safety of the place. but generally it aws ok. |

The food was excellent, I was very disappointed with the location of my room, I had the air conditioning located outside the window, it kept me awake for hours,there was no other room for me to move into,would not stay there again from choice. |

Allowed us to check in early. Had balcony with sea view without asking for one - nice surprise! The shower was not an overhead one...it was one that you had to hold with one hand to use. |

The fact that the entertainment was shared by 2 other hotels,,and was never enough seating to sit in the room.so you were pushed out although we had paid to be in this hotel and to enjoy its ammenities |

Lovely view on getting up. Breakfast was disappointing. Poached eggs were cold and fish was poorly prepared. Admission to the restaurant was by staff but he was off chatting with other staff so we (and others) were kept standing at the entrance. |

central location,free off road parking,breakfast,louge rooms and bar areas were clean and comfortable.24hour reception. check in[bond required on arrival never mentioned prior to arrival].rooms mine smelled very musty,one bed broke on arrival took over 36 hours to repair. |
