Situated on a quiet, tree-lined avenue, the Elstead Classic Hotel is ideally placed for either exploring the shops and pretty gardens of cosmopolitan Bournemouth or the famous sandy beaches.

Just a few hundred yards from Bournemouth's sandy beaches, The Queens Hotel has spacious, traditional rooms. There is a relaxing pool and spa, a gym and an award-winning restaurant.

On the seafront, overlooking Bournemouth Bay, this modern and uniquely styled hotel features a 1930s Art Deco style, a seasonal outdoor heated pool, a day spa, and a lido deck.

Opened on Queen Victoria's coronation day in June 1838, the Royal Bath Hotel was the first hotel in Bournemouth. It features 3 hotel restaurants, a health spa and lovely sea views.

Was a nice comfy hotel.
The comfort entertainment and swimming pool, and staff very friendly and helpful.
Convenient location for Xmas party at nearby hotel and was clean and tidy
A little dated and the room was a standard one which was literally big enough for the bed, table and wardrobe!
We thought it was excellent service from the staff. Wherever we went in the hotel the staff were, polite, helpful and friendly, a welcome change from some hotels. Well done.
Nothing much not to like, occasionally noisy due to events going on, but then it is Christmas time. The room was dated, chips in sink, but clean. As we only paid a basic price it was ok.
Staff at breakfast.
Couldnt get wi fi. Had to sign in with mobile phone
Very cold room, put heater on which initially set off alarm. No comfortable seat to watch TV which was a long distance from bed. Could only hang clothes on display in room, this would not look good if you had visitors. Pricy for what you got
We were upgraded to a lovely room with balcony overlooking the sea, excellent.
Thanks for the upgrade to the William suite with a balcony and stunning views.
None of the radiators in the bedroom were operational, and the bathroom was positively freezing. We reported this, and the maintenance crew apparently attended. There was no change the next day.
The location was perfect, friendly staff, good facilities.
The only complaint we had was the bath water came out green and smelly and the shower was cold and had extremely little power. We had a nice time but could not wait to get back home for a decent wash!!
Food excellent all staff from reception to housekeeping to catering staff were excellent. Friendly helpful and informative.
Changing area cold more facilities in Spa would be nice.
No Menu in the rooms
Large room with sea view Pleasant breakfast
Noisy function in function room below window kept us awake
Went away for a couples weekend, very nice hotel, nice staff, close to the beach.. Entertainment was cancelled which left us bored for one evening but I'm sure it would have been spot on if they had turned up.
Good location, staff friendliness.
Carpet in bedroom was very scruffy and looked dirty.
Friendly staff Great sea view Excellent price
The location was fantastic, we love the walk to the esplanade. People are so friendly and bar staff remembered us from before. Very friendly. Reception staff were lovely and very helpful.
Bed could have been more comfortable. Entertainment was slightly dated.
We specifically booked the Suncliff for an indoor pool. We were 'upgraded' to the Cumberland and although we could use the pool we had to go outside and across to the next hotel. This did not work well as the weather was poor and my husband could not walk well. Even when we said our reason for not wanting to go to the Cumberland we were not offered a room at the Suncliff.
Fab location with great sea view. bed was comfy. Room was clean in some areas like toilet, sink.
The pool was filthy You can scrape the gunk off the sides with your nail. Black mould and in general I'm desperate need of love and an update. The shower areas looked like they'd never seen bleach. Dirty toilets and again mould and generally unloved. Felt dirty changing and the ventilation was poor. It was Oct 31st and they had Christmas decorations up everywhere, I wish that they had spent their efforts cleaning instead. The morning of breakfast they were playing Christmas music full blast. Could be a lovely hotel as the staff were nice and the location was great but boy does it need updating and a good scrub down.
First time at this Hotel cannot find any faults except for the parking..When we arrived at the Hotel we were told we had been upgraded for free, we had a balcony room over looking the sea.The Breakfast was a buffet help yourself the food was excellent. The Hotel was in a good area for the beach and long walks.
The car park was always full at the Hotel, there was parking along the road for 50p per hour during the day,so that meant you had to get up early for breakfast to put your 50p in the meter.
we were in the Cliffeside Hotel though I had booked Suncliff. I have rated the Cliffeside
Staff politeness and friendliness from the Manager to the cleaning staff. Very well presented and excellent service from everyone. Complimentary coffee whilst we waited for our room to become available which was before midday, well before the official check-in time. Food and drinks excellent quality. Breakfast and dinner both wonderful. Will definitely return.
Booked this hotel becase of pool and sauna, very difficult to find, when did locate it sauna was not on needed to request it to be turned on then wait to warm up! changing facilities dirty and inadequate. The whole hotel was tired and shabby. window frames had mould aaround them, surfaces were sticky and bathroom looked grubby. Shower was more of a dribble. After a reasonable nights sleep was looking forward to a lovely brakfast but again it failed to deliver, breakfast was of poor quality and tasteless.
We asked for a Seaview and high floor a day we're wowed that we were given a Penthouse room. THIS Was the highlight of our break
Would of liked the option of a proper power shower!
Could probably do with an overhaul but location great. Facilities and decor tired looking and I was probably one of the youngest customers at 50!
