The room was stylish, bed and pillows very comfortable. The location suited my needs as I was attending a training course within walking distance of the hotel. The rooms are in blocks like a university campus which doesn't give it a hotel feel but for the price I paid it was excellent value for money compared to other hotels in the area. The food in the restaurant could have been hotter. |

The location is very pleasant and convenient with a bus to the station on demand during the day. The staff were very efficient and friendly; the rooms very comfortable and clean. In summary I would recommend this hotel as it is also very good value and only 40 minutes from Waterloo by train at £12 return best stay for London. |

Location to my conference. Room was comfortable and modern Though I didn't mind the room being compact there is a real issue over the noise. Improvement to sound proofing the rooms would make a real difference. You can here people talking when passing the room even though only talking at normal volume, plus i could hear next door snoring. More importantly when the neighbouring room used the toilet it felt like the cistern was in the room with you. |

First, the welcome and attentiveness of the Hotel Manager during our 2 night stay - Full Marks!!. Also all staff were helpful and friendly, from reception to breakfast chef and bar staff. Breakfast, which was first class, was varied and plentiful although this wasn't included in our price. As the hotel doubles as a government conference/training centre it doesn't have the initial feel of a hotel but this shouldn't detract from what is a well run, friendly place. |

The hotel was in a nice quiet location, and very close to Ascot Racecourse, Wentworth a Sunningdale Golf Courses. Also close to the Headquaters of the CIOB. Very confused, we thought we had paid you for nthe booking, therfore very confused when we had to pay again when we were leaving. I asked for assurance that we were not paying twice - the lady said that we had not paid and had to pay before lraving. |

the rooms were decorated with a contempary stlye in mind, which i found most pleasing. i found it was more a motel, as the main building was seperate from the actual rooms, meaning if its rains you get soaked by the time you get to the restaurant, plus i think all 3* and up should provide a bath, not just a shower. |

You know what you're getting at this hotel. Good quality, clean linen, fast and free WiFi access (fast enough to watch iPlayer!) If you book when the hotel isn't busy and you get a low rate it's exceptional value for money. The TV reception in the rooms is a bit useless, great flat-screen TV's built into the walls, but the reception is awful. (It wouldn't be too hard to fix!) The bar food and restaurant is a little on the pricey side for what you get, but the food is good. |

This was like a university campus not a hotel. Have stayed at De vere hotels before and was extremely disappointed by the overall standard of this one. |
