Mr Grumpy the head man
Totally misleading pictures on here, the ensuite was tiny, nothing compared to the pictures on here, room was tiny and couldn't turn the hallway lights off that are on all night, food is terrible, we hardly ate anything and only went down for food 1 morning, will not be recommending this bnb to anyone and definitely will not be staying here again, only good thing about it was the parking!!
we really liked the hotel and the staff were all helpfull the food was good and bar stocked with choice
we dont like going out when its dark could have put soaps on or films early evening till artist came on in bar
The location was good for us as I was going to the winter gardens, then doing some shopping.the breakfast was very good and plenty of it.
The parking was all took up and it was very difficult to find any parking, but it wasnt the hotels fault and didnt spoil our stay.the room was small but was ok for our one night stay.
Staff were helpful and always smiling. Breakfast was relaxed affair. Easy location to Tower and attractions. Would stay again.
The double room was a tight fit. The maze of stairs needs some extra signage.
The buffet breakfast
Breakfast and bar price
Poor bedrooms,no shelving or anywhere to hang a wet towel
breakfast was good and lounge very big got a games
no entertainment while 11.30.pm.bedroom was not clean had cobwebs over the bed window sill had not been cleaned and there was a hole in bathroom wall we had one pillow each would not spend a week there
The breakfast was a buffet. Hot, plentiful and fresh. The staff were helpful, nothing too much and delivered with a smile. Rooms clean and warm.
The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good.
This was booked as a 50th Wedding Anniversary treat for my parents. They checked out after only 1 night as they said that the room was terrible, my father hurt his arm trying to find electricity supply sockets. You couldn't swing a cat and the chair seemed to rock on the floor indicated broken floor boards. It was a very dark, dismal place with hardly any lights on anywhere. My parents are not fussy people and don't like complaining so checked out and found somewhere else. They were charged the full amount which I am disappointed with.
All you can eat breakfast is fab
Room was a bit small - but clean
The location was excellent and the breakfast had a good selection and choice
It was very old and in need of updating as was very old fashioned
Breakfast is best I've ever had in an hotel. Staff friendly and attentive. Room compact, but clean and tidy, with adjustable heating and opening windows, and plenty of storage space. Very quiet area, yet convenient for town and attractions. I'm sure I could find fault if I really tried, but for the price paid I was very happy with my visit, and will look to book again when next visiting Blackpool.
Nothing detrimental to report.
Breakfast set up very good .
Entertainment started late .
Breakfast, staff, size of room and huge bed.
The shower head required some attention.
Staff were well mannered and helpful, room was clean just a really enjoyable stay.
breakfast is awesome, bar prices good
room was bit basic and dated
Friendly and welcoming hotel. Children had a lovely time on the dance floor.Family room clean and comfortable. Situated ideally for us to get to the tower and close to lots of amenities.
No bad things to say about the hotel or the staff
Could do with sprucing up a bit other than that a great hotel
Breakfast was lovely and location is great as far enough from the noise but close enough for beach and arcades for kids
Rooms were extremely warm couldnt turn heating down and was soaking sweat whilst getting changed for night out bed was squeaky
Easy to find, in a great location within walking distance of tower and town centre, Was comfortable and clean, Staff were pleasant and helpful and Breakfast was excellent.
Parking, Parking was at a premium and with being on a one way system ended up going round in circles trying to find somewhere to park.
The welcome was friendly. The staff were polite and friendly. The beds were comfy. Very child friendly and accommodating. I will be staying there again.
Stayed for 2 nights such a quiet hotel. Breakfast was lovely. Staff were very friendly. Defiantly would go back excellent if you have young children.
Staff weren't very friendly booked a large double room got a rabbit hutch car parking was horrendous had to park two streets away with no help from the hotel
