I would of loved a DVD player in the room and a choice of DVDs to rent. Being a single mum with two young children, the tv channels were very limited at night, ie no children's channel, so having a DVD player would of been great having to stay in at night for myself on my own whilst the children asleep, but that's not a criticism really just my preference, we did jigsaws . No hairdryer. And it was a little noisy with people banging doors etc but that's the same in most guest rooms, but I took ear plugs and was ok. The wifi was very slow and didn't work properly and my son couldn't find IT on his iPad.
The accommodation was lovely. Very modern and exceptionally clean. The breakfast was amazing, the best Iv had in years and didn't have to wait. The staff were very friendly too. And the location was great, not far to walk for food or too the sea, or the orme etc. Parking was a problem, but you can park outside or down the other streets. There was a lovely little cafe across the road called characters which did a yummy afternoon tea. The guest house also provided alcohol too.
