The size of the room - friendliness of the people who ran it. No interference, lovely welcoming breakfast.
I think as it is a B & B the overnight rates should be a little lower if they wish to attract more customers. As hotels in the area charge around the same.
Most comfiest bed ever Homely, clean, quaint cottage Breakfast was lovely Nice small touches are noticed hugely
Wifi didn't work in room as its an old cottage, signal not great with thick walls, but I still loved the place!
Customer service Clean comfy relaxing
That i didnt spend more time there
Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast.
Friendly, welcoming place which is great for a short or long stay.
Charming hosts, lovely bedroom and good breakfast.
Nothing, but the Wi-Fi in the top floor bedroom was patchy and the tv a little small.
Everything was excellent, the rooms was a good size and very clean and tidy. The bed was very very comfortable!! Breakfast was fantastic!
The shower had very little power and meant showering was difficult.
A very warm welcome, fresh milk for tea in the room and a fantastic breakfast. Many thanks
A good location and a decent sized room with comfortable bed.
The extra charge for breakfast which was reasonable for Continental but extortionate for what we had on the morning when we opted for Full English. Very small shower room and only one comfortable seat in the 1st floor bedroom.
Very pleasant and wholesome B&B set in old but fully modernised cottage. En suite with tea/coffee making facilities in the room and a good selection of biscuits and sweets too (I resisted the temptation)! Excellent breakfast for a little extra cost. I was made to feel welcome and had a very comfortable overnight stay. Far better value in my opinion than most budget hotels charging similar rates. Decent pub across the road with good range of real ales and free WiFi (O2). I would definitely use this B&B again.
The cottage WiFi didn't quite reach the top floor where my bedroom was located but the signal was fine downstairs.
The whole ambience. The web photos do not do the place justice.
Nothing - the place was lovely.
everything about the place especially the hosts who are very pleasent homely people
A really lovely B&B with a large room and ensuite. Very clean, tidy and well furnished. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in away from home. Nice village location with pubs opposite and shop a short walk away. Friendly and welcoming. Lovely breakfast provided.
Comfortable bed, fresh milk provided, biscuits/chocolate tray, excellent breakfast, flexible check in and breakfast times
although it says, WIFI in all rooms, it wasn't and is why I give a negative review. In the room also a too small TV and the bed was too short as well
One of the best B & Bs we have stayed in. Nothing was too much trouble, anything we asked the hosts were only too happy to help with. Would stay again if we were in the area. Lovely and sparklingly clean, also really nice restaurant nearby.
Sue and Jim are excellent hosts and provide an amazing service. The home cooked breakfast was delicious and the beds are the most comfortable we have experienced.
