Anonymous Mature couple United Kingdom September 28, 2011	It was convenient for us to attend a wedding reception at the Inn on the Green at Capel The hotel was in darkness during the day when we arrived and we didn't know where the front reception desk was. The room was quite dusty - thick under the tv. Old fashioned bulky tv without a remote control.There was a soiled hankerchief left in one of the drawers. The plumbing was rather laboured - the water from the basin bubbled up the bath and smelt awful and it took ages for the hot water to come through. Did you find this review helpful?	6.3

“The location was ideal. Very close to the University of Surrey. I thought the room was clean and comfortable. The Internet access was very easy, however is does cost extra. Tv comes with about 20 channels which were more than adequate. They do have additional pay per view packages available but I didn't select any so I can't speak to their variety or content. They do have a restaurant and I ate their one night. I thought the food and service were good. The front desk staff were very friendly and gave several excellent dinner recommendations. Overall I was happy with my stay at this hotel.”
