quick check-in/out, let us put our bags in the room before it was ready so we could go off for the day. had to wait for a breakfast table as was not enough for the amount of people staying. |

The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. When I was worried about a late arrival they responded to my e-mails promptly and made suggestions about the best way to get from the airport late at night to the hotel. Also let me use their computer when the WiFi was down and needed to check into my flight - and let me print the boarding passes for free. Breakfast service was cheerful and quick. The location was perfect for my requirements. This is no-frills accommodation and my room did not have en-suite facilities. That said, I have learned not to expect much for rooms costing much less than 120GBP/night so I was not expecting more than I got. As long as your expectations are in line, then this is a suitable choice. |

extremely friendly staff. Cameron was very good with us and dealt with our reservation and stay in a very professional manner. 10am check out is very early. I'm used to checking out by 11am or middday so this was a bit of a surprise. |

Staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. So it's probably ok if you only want to spend a few days near London Victoria on a budget. The basic room was small and had a dripping faucet, and a crack in the window glass, tiny shared bathroom. |

We were treated well by obliging staff, comfortable accomodation, clean room, close to Victoria Station & Coach Station. The only thing we thought could improve was a larger room for Breakfast, which was rather cramped. The staff & food were fine. |

The hotel is close to Victoria coach/railway/underground station and attractions like Buckingham palace. Room was tiny and the toilet tinier. Toilet door was not very secure - sliding door with bottom broken. There is no lift and the stairs are narrow. Breakfast is very basic. |

Nice clean room, comfortable beds and linen, personal service, pretty good continental breakfast. Convenient location for Vicoria station and Westminster. Tiny, capsule style ensuite (as in ferry cabins). I understand the reasons, but they are very tight, although it was very clean also. TV did not work. |
