This family-run hotel is just off the A27, opposite Shoreham Airport and 1.5 miles from the sea. It offers free Wi-Fi, free parking, a bar and a good seafood restaurant. The location for me, was perfect. Near to the airfield, beaches and countryside. Plenty of parking space, and an excelent place to eat and drink at fairly reasononable cost, in this over priced country of ours.

Location, and previous experience suggested that it would provide what I needed - a comfortable B&B for the night.

The hotel was bright and clean and with a very relaxing atmosphere. The food was excellent and the evening meals of fish was some of the best we have had. Our room was at the back of the hotel and we had the noise of the extractor fan outside the kitchen going constantly, but on the second night we had got used to it and it didn't cause us any disturbance.
