The Landmark Dundee  

Pleasant surroundings. Beautiful scenery out in the gardens-very spacious. Lounge and bar area - very comfortable seating. Conservatory-orangery very pleasant and airy for breakfast. Food excellent - choice of what foods all day served wherever required. Spa staff very friendly - gym,sauna,steam pity no jacuzzi now and pool could be a bit bigger but ample, Ample ground space for children to run around outside.

Friendly helpful and welcoming staff. Comfortable and spacious room. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. Spacious areas to relax in. Excellent food - not to be missed. Have no hesitation recommending hotel. Exceeded all our expectations.

The rooms were very clean and comforfable. Food was good but a bit pricey for what you got.

The food was a bit expensive and drinks. We had breakfast 2 mornings and did not think the price we paid was worth it. The last morning they had no mushrooms or black pudding had to ask for toast.

Bedroom and bathroom. Both luxurious.

This was our 4th stay at this hotel, it was great to be able to park this time. We avoided the hotel during our last visit as on previous occassions we hadn't been able to park due to large functions. I would strongly recommend that parking is reserved for guests. The staff were exceptionally friendly and customer oriented.

Something completely stupid: the base of the bed was not covered by a sheet/valance (the mattress had a sheet), the room was very nice and this was something that spoiled the effect.

General ambiance. Very good bar and lounge area. Room service very prompt.

The hotel was modern and spacious and relaxing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bar and restuarant were very good to.Enjoyed the breakfast.

The staff are fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Rooms are beautifully fitted and there is a well fitted gym and swimming pool. The food in the restaurant along with the service is superb and would highly recommend.

The large rooms and facilities, made it feel like a boutique hotel

The hotel was nice, facilities were good. We were welcomed well at the reception by excellent staff that were very attentive. Rooms were nice.

Unfortunately what let the place down was the staff in the restaurant. We went for breakfast, the staff seemed less than enthusiastic. I asked them for some assistance and was rudely pointed in the general direction of the items I was looking for. The food was less than impressive and look warm to boot. The waiting staff stood in a large group behind our table loudly discussing their weekend antics and when asked to attend our table acted as though we were majorly inconveniencing them. Despite this, the hotel is nice and most of the staff good, just don't expect good service in the restaurant!!!
