The service was excellent and courteous, the standards of cleanliness were of the highest and the food (breakfast) was very good. I would certainly be happy to stay there again. |

breakfast service on the Monday was greatly improved, mainly due to more experienced staff being on duty. Room was nice. Poor service when ordering food, ie finished starter, before wine even arrived. Request for a simple drink of water forgotten. Run out of scrambled eggs, bacon, and black pudding, no breakfast menu's on table. Room, no hair dryer, non functioning toilet not fixed despite repeated requests. Finally asked to change room just as we went in for evening meal at 8pm. |

I find the Landmark well presented, convenient (by car) and very good value. The breakfast was good and I like the staff. No bath towel was left on the second day |

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly We were not advised that the hotel was still undergoing refurbishment and the website doesn't advise you either. I booked the hotel to use the leisure facilities but there were no poolside showers or changing facilities and didn't feel comfortable walking through a busy reception in a gown which was dissappointed at. |

The hotel is well situated for easy of access to good roads for sightseeing and going to some historic sites - Glamis Castle etc It is still being renovated and the impact this had on the facilities, swimming pool etc and the plumbing within the bathrooms |

you can get public transport in to dundee ,from the village of invergowrie.but there are no details at the hotel. As for the rest of our stay we have nothing to complain about, sothat in itself is a good thing. |

I liked the suite we stayed in- the big luxury bed,big tv, dressing gowns and toiletries We were not told that the spa/pool area was been refurbished and closed before arrival. We therefore did not have access to these facilities during our stay which was dissappointing. Also, the first room we were given was a standard room and the plug did not work in the sink. We were then moved to a suite and the suite was cold. The heating didnt seem to work. We were given a fan heater. |
