Park Inn by Radisson Telford is ideal for Telford's government offices and surrounding business parks, and also well located for Ironbridge and its 9 museums.

There are great views from the restaurant of the iron bridge gorge. The food was pretty good in the restaurant.
Upon checking in we immediately went to the pool. Unfortunately, this was not a relaxing experience as children's swimming lessons were ongoing the whole time we were there. Again, the next morning after breakfast the pool was being used for a baby swimming session. The hotel market themselves for spa breaks/days and then rent the pool out to local groups for lessons. If we had known we would have stayed elsewhere as we left our child with grandparents to have a child free break. The pool area also lacks a hot tub. Our room didn't have a bath either which was a bit of a minus. The restaurant only served one cask ale which I thought was a bit limited for those that aren't big lager drinkers.
Lovely views, friendly staff and great food.
The roadworks getting to the hotel - a satnav nightmare
All front desk and Leisure Centre Staff were very helpful. Pool has steps down, which is essential if one is handicapped. Night Manager is particularly knowledgeable and helpful Chicken Salad tasty, but a bit expensive.
Not much choice of pay per view movies.
close to the local attractions
golfers take over the breakfast room.
Good location. Good evening meal. Great spa.
'Fully stocked mini bar with lots of yummy thing' included 1 small bottle of coke, 1 lager, I small wine. Hardly fully stocked. Breakfast nice but for a 4* would have expected to be seated.
Good service and food,
Our first floor bedroom was uncomfortably hot at times. A portable fan helped but It might be oppressive in the middle of Summer.
The staff were really friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. They seemed genuine in their approach which was very refreshing. The breakfast was hot and plenty of it.
I couldn't stay longer
The staff were very friendly & helpful. The room was very comfortable, with adequate parking.
Stayed overnight at the hotel as attending Son's wedding during the day.Handy for a couple marrying who wish to have their wedding ceremony in one place that is licenced to conduct the service, then provide lunch for guests and an evening disco and buffet.
Paid £91 for room only Hotel dated from outside. Our bedroom very small, and really overheated.Felt more attention could be paid to details such as removing creases from table cloths in room used for ceremony and those used at reception, such things help give a more finished look
The facilities were good and we really liked the location. The boy behind the bar when we arrived the first day was exceptionally friendly as were the reception staff.
Variation of food in the restaurant. We had dinner both nights away from the hotel as we didn't like the menu options. Would have loved a massage but they were fully booked for the two days we were there. Perhaps they could send a copy of the massage options prior to people's arrival as it would appear they was no availability for people staying in the hotel due to bookings for spa days.
Food was a very poor standard.
Good wifi and gym
Pool was closed
- No fridges in rooms - Safe in cabinet at floor level so you had to get down on your hands & knees to input the safe code
Staff at dinner excellent as was the food. The 'spa' (swimming pool etc) excellent.
Did not have fridge (I had medication that needed to be kept cool). Toaster at breakfast incredibly slow and uneven. Staff at breakfast lackadaisical.
Shower in bedroom was very poor it was difficult to get to the right temperature and then kept going scalding hot then cold
The whole experience
Everything, very friendly staff, very clean hotel and delicious food. Perfect location, 5 mins away from Telford City Centre and V Festival (10 Miles away) Could not fault in any way!
Modern and up to date. lovely room on ground floor and shower to die for. Plenty of parking.
Not a good choice of menu and expensive.
Size, layout, cleanliness and help yourself breakfast.
Bar prices extortionate. Were charged over £7 for a small glass of wine. Ridiculous. Over £4 a pint but golfers get a discount. Everyone should.
Spotlessly clean room and bathroom.
Resort style attmosphere, location and general comfort.
teenager camps during peak season brings down the tone ofthe resort.
The location was great with fantastic views, the staff were helpful and efficient.
The room on the first floor was really hot, the window only opened about an inch. The food in the 1779 restaurant was poor and expensive.
location and facilities, especially gym and pool
No aircon in the bedroom
Pool facilities, variety of breakfast in the morning!
Room was hot and on the small side, room 221
