restaurant staff pleasant and helpful. Everything else about the hotel apart from the restaurant staff. The receptionist was unhelpful and rude. The first room offered was dirty, dark and totally unacceptable - the second was not a great del better. Overall dirty scruffy and unworthy of any stars.Expected a lot more from Swallow hotels.Needs totally renovating although it would be easier to demolish and start from fresh. |

the Price. As it was a reasonable 51 GPB for a double room. The TV was a bit old and dated |

The leisure facilities were good, shame the sauna was out of order. The staff wer always helpful and friendly The decor is looking a bit tired and grubby and the whole place cppuld do with freshening up. Despite this the hotel offers an acceptable standard |

The hotel was awful. Rooms were in poor condition and although it was non-smoking room the smell of smoke were everywhere. Breakfast was very poor, cereals in plastic boxes and coffee was served after 10 min waiting. |

Dinner was value for money - three courses for £15. It was not as nice as advertised. The decor was old and tired, paint peeling off the walls and couldnt get interent acess in the room. Far too expensive for the quality. |
