The hearty breakfast. The quietness and cleanliness of the rooms. It needed redecoration in the bedrooms. Lack of a radio. |

The restraunt staff were very friendly. My colleague had a problem with her shower which she found didnt work in the morning. The reception staff couldnt offer any help and didnt apologise for the inconvenience caused. The reception and bar area of the hotel was a bit smelly - a bit "old" and damp smelling and not somewhere i would have sat to relax. It was also very difficult to fnd the hotel in the dark - i had to drive around the one way system 3 times before finally having to phone for help - a sign clearly visible from the road would have helped, also a biuilding number in the address so that sat navs can find the place in the road. |

Location, easy walk into town, restaurants nearby, good breakfast included, spacious private car park, friendly staff. Very satisfied with a 4-night city break, free wifi appreciated. |

Very poor after sales care. I left sone shoes in my room by mistake, it took 4 phone calls and a visit to the hotel before I got them back. Excuses like we are short staffed were used. Not a nice hotel, poor staff and unprofessional at times. |

I liked the room very much. the breakfast was quite good. The booking-in policy was crazy (i.e. you couldn't book-in until after 2 pm, even though we didn't need to go to the room). The front of house staff we encountered were not very efficient; they didn't have enough float to give change; they recorded food orders on the main till but used a till round the corner to take food money. |

Visiting Derby purely for the purpose of undergoing a surgical procedure to my hand and therefore the train was the preferred option to the car. The Legacy Aston Court was my preferred choice purely for convenience. I was not really able to enjoy all the facilities on offer as you will appreciate but I found the Staff very helpful at all times. I found the location of the room TV too high on the wall |

There was a good selection for breakfast and the location couldn't be better for the train station. It was rather warm in the hotel, but that suited me! |

Nice hotel. Lovely breakfast. Quite central with parking which is good. This has been my third stay at this hotel and I shall be back. Room too hot even with the radiator turned off. Someones dirty sock between the twin beds. Booked 2 rooms for myself and friens. 1 room on the third floor the other on the ground floor, I would have expected the rooms to be fairly close together. |

It was away from the centre of town so not noisy. Also, enjoyed the fact that you could get room service. |
