The price! The sizzler deal is terrific £60.00 for two three course meals, a double room and two full breakfasts - deal of the century. However, its about value for money not price. The rooms are large, clean and very comfortable. The food, while limited in choice, is outstanding in quality. My Wife and I took the trouble to thank the chef - something we rarely do. |

The staff were helpful and pleasant at all times I felt my room for a single person was overpriced at £65 per night especially when friends sharing a twin room were only paying £50 per night between them. |

Room was small but comfy and relaxing. The staff was pleasant and friendly Could do with a bit of TLC. Massive stain on the chair in the room which was unsightly |

The Summer sizzler price was great as long as you do not expect too much - you pay for what you get!The receptionist who checked us in and out was very pleasant as was the dining room staff for the evening meal. Unfortunately, once again Legacy are the only hotels who I know will just not let you into your room - 20 minutes early - after a long journey. After the wait your room magically becomes available. The receptionist who turned us away felt unwelcoming and she was very unenthusiastic . Breakfast - very poor quality ingredients, tinned fruit and it tasted fizzy as if "off". |

Proximity to railway station, restaurants & real ale pubs. 10 minutes stroll into the Westfield Shopping Centre. Clean, comfortable and good value for money. The window only opened a few inches and it was very hot and stuffy during the night. |

Excellent reception and catering staff, handy steak house within the hotel. Excellent breakfast and service. No detail was too much for the staff. Well worth staying there just for the excellent service. No heating, noisy location on side street. |

we were very surprised when we went into the hotel as looked a lot better on the inside, than outside. Receptionist very pleasant. Meal was lovely, although not a huge choice, was well presented and hot. Room was quiet, even though near train station and in centre of town. All in all, a great stay and will definitely stay again. Hotel doesnt look very appealing from the outside - big boards advertising restaurant as 'steak and stuff'' look very downmarket. |

almost everything, good location near railway station, staff friendly and good at their jobs, good value for the money i paid. Had to wait for ten minutes at reception while the man played on the computer in a back office,he ignored me and never spoke to me instead of booking me in. Room was alongside a busy road with all the expected noise to be heard, but it was cheap anyway. |

Value for Money, friendly staff, lovely breakfast. The bits of the hotel that had been updated were very nice. Warm welcome The bed sheets were stained, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. we were also very cold during the night due to lack of bedding |
