Nothing. It hasn't had a penny spent on it since the 1970's. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. The room was dusty, the shower was weak and there was plaster peeling off the wall in the bathroom. |

It is the central location that is so good (12 mins walk) without any hen or stag nights allowed. Bedroom window would not close properly because the handle had been forced. |

Very convenient and pleasant location, with plentiful free parking. Very good customer service, impressive cleanliness, and respectable value. Outdated bathroom; inadequate ventilation generally. |

Was only there overnight but staff very friendly and helpful. Only thing I would say is it wasn't clear on the web page how to get to the hotel on foot once you left the metro link. Turn left out of the metro station at Jesmond and it's 200 yards straight on. |

had to book very late on the day, staff could not be more helpfull even though we arrived at 2am,room spotless could do with the shower fixing but that never spoiled the stay good parking faciltys.Graet value for money compared with other hotels around the Jesmond area which charge alot of money for poor hotels and service with no car parking space. |

The room was clean and comfortable and the rate was excellent value for money Due to a fire there is no hotel restaurant, which is reflected in the price, but the staff at reception could have been a little more helpful when I was trying to find somewhe nearby to get some dinner. even having a list of local take aways at reception would help guests. |

Very clean, neat and tidy room with TV. Friendly, helpful staff. Hotel is in a good location and easy to find. Ideally, breakfast availability would be good. |
