The rooms were very clean and reasonably good size, and the staff on the desk were great. |

For a single room, my room was a decent size. Free Wi-Fi was great. The food wasn't great. |

Came to spend time with cousin at Platt. Visited Rochester, Catham - Dock Yards and Canterbury. It was comfortable - no view from window (room 105) - but not needed. Felt hotel was updated, but still rather old fashioned, but qriced accordingly. |

Convenience to my appointments. Bar closed at 11pm - I arrived back at 11.01pm and there was no flexibility. |

The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was to a high standard. The room was a good size, quiet and comfortable. All the basics were done well. The ensuite was in need of an update with the loo too near the wall and while the shower gave lots of water and at a good temperature it was almost horizontal! |

It was close to my work for the week. Wasn't very clean and was noisy with neighbouring rooms. Old style needs updating. I don't think it deserves the star rating it has. |

Breakfast was very good. Staff were unattentive and tried to charge for cot usage. Location wise it was not that close to leeds castle. |

Breakfast was good although the waitress did not come and take our order until we asked her to and seemed surprised that we wanted a cooked breakfast the receptionist was hard to understand and the view from our room of the air conditioning was not great |

The rooms were of good quality decor, clean and comfortable. Convenient access to/from major roads Having arrived at 3.00pm we found it was impossible to get any food (even a sandwich) between 2.00 & 6.00pm, therefore had to go out to the garage next door for some sandwiches. |

Clean rooms and friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere, easy to find, good road connections continental breakfast (on menu at £7.50) was included, but if you wanted cookked breakfast (menu £9.75) it was charged at full menu price rather than the difference in menu prices. |

The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel sorroundings were excellent. However noisey guests let the side down. Hotel was fine. However we only managed 2 hours sleep. This was because the next room had 4 drunken girls laughing out loud. I think they came back from the wedding reception earlier. When I mentioned it to the receptionist in the morning she simply said "well those kinds of thigs cannot be helped". Though she did not mean anything bad when she said that it still was a pathetic answer. |

it was easy to find, staff were very helpful. Food was very good. Rooms comfortable and well designed. The bath, sink and toilet were very clean but the floor needed to be swept better as there were previous occupents 'hair' on the floor. |
