Bonne situation géographique. Piscine et salle de remise en forme à disposition. Bon petit déjeuner anglais très varié. Les chambres singles sont petites. L'hôtel nécessite une rénovation totale, ce qui est en train de se faire. Manque de propreté dans les salles de bain notamment. Le personnel moyennement aimable. |

The Food and Service also the locallity it was excellent for shopping would like to visit in summer time. The only thing was the bathroom was a little tied looking but was very clean |

Pleasant, friendly staff, nice lounge bar area. Good looking pool and health centre facilities (though we didnt have time to use them). The parking behind the hotel is pretty badly designed with spaces at daft angles and causing cars to look randomly parked. I was also suprised at the lack of tea/ coffee making facilities in the room. |

It is ideally situated near the town centre and was great value for money. I only used my room for getting changed and then sleeping after the function I had attended so it was great! Excellent value for money! |

Central location for the facilities in town and the Conferance Centre. Used and enjoyed the Lesuire Centre during our short stay The bathroom needed updating. There was no heating in the bathroom except a heated towel rail. There were no blinds on the window. Sunday morning the water from the shower and hot tap was cold. |

close to exhibition food was OK The decor carpets rooms dingy in need of refurbishment upstairs. Downstairs reception etc not bad but upstairs like back in time very old dated run down wallpaper peeling off everywhere dark rooms.Restuarant last orders 8.30 not applicable for me most hoteels is 9.30 or 10pm Hotel but run like Guest House |

checked in late but greeted with enthusiasm. Lots of hot water for bath and shower, huge 'grand' rooms nicely laid out, tea tray full, kettle HUGE! Not noisy car parking Ok slept well yes a couple of things, one of the beds was like a rock, general heating in the corridors was too much, lift too small, breakfast was really hit and miss, food ran out, no tables , staff not asking about tea or coffee til meal end. Long wait at checkout. |

Excellent evening meal. Quiet room. Trouser press. Unfortunately no time to use leisure spa this visit I was fine. My friend in a front bedroom could not sleep due to noise. I had room 303. Steps through door to that room were hazardous and I almost fell. first step is narrow, I was carrying luggage, I missed the first step. I really do think these steps need attention. |

It was a very relaxed atmosphere and the spa and staff in the spa were excellent. The barman was brusque to say the least and was the only negative thing about the whole stay. |

staff were helpful, pool area was good badly needs to be up graded, breakfast tastless and cheapest of ingredients, shower didnt work and when it did flooded the bathroom, water poured through dining room ceiling. very over prices and not of 3* standard |
