Wunderschön gelegen, sehr sehr gepflegt das gesamte Hotel ohne Ausnahme, extrem freundlicher und zuvorkommender Service, sehr schöne Gartenanlagen, sehr hochwertige Zimmer, Quitscheentchen am Badewannenrand, alles sehr sauber, sehr gute Küche, das Hotel vermittelt eine Atmosphäre in der man sich rundum wohlfühlen kann. Stimmiges Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. |

First the highly motivated staff who really made a huge effort to look after us. The young South African restaurant manageress was attentive and seemed personally interested in our choice of menu, and even advised on our wine in a very diplomatic fashion. The room was beautifully appointed and he bed comfortable. There is nothing to complain about. |

lovely food, comfortable bed, good views and great location The floorboards ( or bed ! ) in the room above ours need urgent attention, the occupants were particularly energetic !!! |

Our welcome from the receptionist was excellent after being shown to our room she then telephoned to check that everything was alright, our room was very blue even on the ceiling!! lovely bathroom with Moulton Brown toiletries. We wre offered dinner in the cafe bar as restaurant was booked, we waited 25mins before we were served, £32 for 3courses starter of asparagus and parma ham very mean and the fillet steak possibly 5oz uncooked, if lucky, breakfast selection very good, sevice was appalling 5 members of staff and we had to ask to be served after waiting a while, we would stay again but would probably not eat in... |

Very good location. That's it. Restaurant in the hotel is terrible. Food was bad, wine suggested weighter was bad, weighter has smelling. It was worst experience in retaurant in my history. |

Very comfortable guest lounge and bar with log fires (even at the end of May!). Food in cafe was very good as was breakfast. Need to do something about flies in cafe/breakfast room! |

le luxeet le confort parfait de la chambre 3 La ch. GS4 quoique plus chère était nettement moins agréable,pas de fauteuil pour 2 personnes,pas de table ou poser la valise,tapis au sol très désagréable,TV fonctionnant mal chambre a deux niveaux 2 TV ,inutile et couteux |

Badkamer was geweldig: aparte douche, bad met jacuzzi, dubbele wastafels, badjassen (kamer 1: Owl). Informatie over dineren was onduidelijk. Er was een restaurant met een dagelijks wisseld (prijzig) menu. Ook gelegenheid te dineren voor een kleine prijs in een ernaast gelegen ruimte. Voor het betalen met creditcard wordt GBP 2,55 in rekening gebracht. |

ホテルは非常に古くて歴史があるが室内はラブリーに改装されている。テディベアがあったり。。。併設のパブも非常にしっかりとした料理を頂け、朝食もボリューム満点で、とまる価値ありです。 |
