The room cleaning is done regularly. The location is near the river and perfect. Also the restaurant is very elegant. The staff is unfriendly and does not have a positive attitude towards customers. The air conditioner did not work and heating also went off in the night(I think it should be reverse). |

The hotel staff were very friendly and efficient, especially the receptionist. There was confusion because booking.com had made a mistake and got my surname wrong, but the lady soon saw what had happened, and we checked in. Breakfast was good. All in all the facilites were very good - clean and cared for. |

We found the staff friendly and the hotel was in an excellent location. The room was clean and well equipped. The price of the breakfast was high and we chose to go into Stratford for our brunch |

Well placed for Stratford upon Avon and comfortable. Good spacious room and comfortable bed. I stayed in room 61 where access to the shower controls is very difficult and the hot water temperature was, in my view, quite dangerous. |

We come regularly to Stratford to attend the theatre and have stayed at a few hotels. Without doubt this was the best room , breakfast and ambience that we have found and excellent valuefor money We hope that the rates are the same next time we come and will certainly check with you first. Only lack of lift. |

the staff were very helpful. The room was comfortable. The location of the hotel is excellent. The qulaity of the service and food at breakfast on the Saturday morning. at the Bistrot Pierre was appalling. We waited a long time to order, even longer for our meal and when it came two of the items were cold. The price of the food is exorbitant for what you get. As a result od our expereience we went to a pub in the town for our Sunday morning breakfast. |

The location is great. The room I stayed in was very tired. The bathroom had no blind, one of the towels had make-up on and the room was cold. The people in the floor above were very noisy and the sound proofing in the hotel is not very good. In fact we had to change rooms in the middle of the night because the noise from the room above was rediculous. |

We booked for ourselves and friends coming from Chester. In order to be near the RSC Theatre in the past we have stayed at what is now the Holiday Inn. It has become 'utilitarian'. All four of us much preferred the Swan which is smaller, more comfortable and the dining, even if franchised, is better. We will book there when we come again in the New Year. No |

Hotel staff very helpful.Room was very nice and comfortable, lovely large shower and very clean. We were able to park in the hotel car park. We used the leisure facilities at Alvaston Manor. The pool was very cold and a bit disappointed no jacuzzi. Hotel location was excellent, really close to centre of Stratford. |

Very comfortable hotel convenient to the town, river and gardens. Bar area was good for early eating (6:00PM) and reasonably priced. Helpful staff. Breakfast expensive if you just wanted toast and tea. |

We loved the location. We were impressed by the attitude of all the staff who we found friendly and efficient. The prices of the breakfasts were confusing. We thought that £17.50 for both continental and full English was much too much - £17.50 for a full English was much more than we would be prepared in almost any hotel and quite absurd for a contintnetal breakfast. From the price quoted when booking we felt that The Swan's Nest did not want guests to breakfast there. |
