The staff were rude, the rooms were smelly and very dirty, the sheets had not been washed, mold in shower, toilet was filthy and I was bitten by mites whilst I tried to sleep. I would not stay at this hotel again. |

I liked the friendly staff and the honesty in there services e.g. continental breakfast which was comprehensive and filling. My room was next to two doors which close with a spring. Every time the doors closed I felt the bang in my room. |

Staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Free wireless internet and very comfortable bed. Traffic noise was awful and no escape from it. |

services, breakfirst, a possibility to make tea or coffee in the room. This hotel is better for young people. very small rooms, corridors, it was claustrophobic, noise from the traffic |

Location near station and tube is very good. Swinton Street area is reasonable quiet for in the middle of London. The room was clean, the bed was clean, every single day the room service took care of things. 24 hour reception is certainly a safe idea. First night: offering me another room when my room turned out to be noisy because of water supply problem. My single room turned out to be very noisy because of water supply malfunction. After my call the reception guy came over to have a listen, he suggested to come back to it the next day; during the evening the sound became worse and one couldn't sleep in the room anymore! Asking for another room late at night and I was offered a double room immediately. |

nice helpful staff, easy check in, easy check out. roomy breakfast room, good service at breakfast not really, you get what you pay for. a 300 a night hotel would have had a lot more, but l would have paid a lot more for it. you cannot fault the value for money compared to a lot of other hotels. l had a much worse time at a 4 star mariott in Swindon the week before - by comparison the customer service at the Marriott was appalling. |

When reading the reveiws of others that had stayed i was put off staying at the swinton hotel, but i found everything fine, the staff were good & helpful the food was fine and there was plenty of it and the room was clean ok a bit dated but fine, some people do moan at anything The one biggest thing was the noise from the street 1st thing in the morning being in a room at the front of the hotel |

The room was very dirty, it's on a busy main road so you wont get to sleep, the fire alarm went off during the night and when i complained the staff were not bothered in the slightest, a total waste of money. |

The rooms were clean and tidy and staff friendly enough. No complaints as such about service, location etc just as below. Room was far too small and so was the bed - no room to move or do any work etc. Not a good hotel if you are on business as simply unable to do any work in the room other than sleep. But I'm slightly on the large side, so a single bed was also far too small!! |

The sheets and towels were very white and generally clean. The breakfast staff were nice and the food/fliuds good. I asked for a further cartoon of milk but this was not available. I asked if there was any reading material but no. The carpet was very stained, the shower unmanagable. |

The hotel is convenient for St Pancras International and is reasonably priced for London My roon, a double, was very small. I would not recommend it for two people for more than one night. |
