the free wireless internet access and it was close to some restuarants Finding out you had to pay for breakfast separately and the overall lack of information provided on arrival. Also my room was near the plumbing which was very noisy |

We had a very large room, comfortable bed, good view, excellent location, right near the tube station There was no cold water in our room and the floorboards creaked immensly in our room, however I wouldnt let it put you off, we really enjoyed our stay and the room size was a definate plus. |

Location x 15 We had a downstairs room (16) and the smell in the corridor was very unpleasant to put it mildly. |

A quiet and simple hotel, on a beautifull building. Nice people ready to help, good value for money, close to bus station and underground (2 minutes) |

Very close to public transportation, not expensive, the room is tidy. The service of the personal isn't very good, they aren't very friendly. We stayed in a room on the fourth floor where no elevator came. |

Great location close to the tube The mattresses were worn out and less comfy because the double bed was two singles put together. |

close to public transportation (tube, buses), several rooms are big and comfortable, very good continental breakfast, for reasonable price.many good restaurants nearby. we were in the third floor, in a reasonable good room, but on the second morning, the lift broke down, and was out of order during all our stay. As I am disabled, asked to move us to a lower floor. Our luggage was moved to the first floor to a tiny room, even so I asked to see the room before they move our luggage. |

This hotel is very central and the staff were excellent. The area is very tranquil so it was lovely to have a break from the hustle and bustle of the big city. Highly recommended! Since we were there on the hottest weekend of the year so far, our room was very warm and there was no air con to remedy this. |

The staff was very kind and serviceful. The underground station is near, about 50 meter, and the position it is very nice, quite and silence. The elevator is pretty old, and sometimes it doesn't work properly |

Very good quality-price ratio. Rooms are equiped with all necessary things including a kettle and hair-dryer The hair-dryer broke in our first day however even though we asked the receptionist to repair it, it was never done during all 7 days of our stay |

The position of the hotel yards from Embassy Theatre, the room and furniture, restfull and victorian feel would have preferred a bath. We arrived at 9pm really too late to get any proper meal as they said up to 1hr delivery. no meals in bar except sandwiches, I think |

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. It was ideally situated for my visit to Central Drama School and was also near enough for a trip to the West End. The bar area was quite small and not very welcoming. |

very convinient having the hotel close to the tube station 1. There were problems with the hot water system. 2. The closet was very poor having limited space. 3. The bathroom could use some remodeling. 4. Flushing the toilet was quite an adventure. |

A pleasant hotel conveniently situated for Swiss Cottage tube station, cheaper than city centre hotels. |

On the whole this is a very nice hotel to stay and in a quiet area of London. Unfortunately we could not access hot water from the basin tap and the shower in our room. |

Just 150 metres from Earls Court Tube Station, The Trebovir was fully refurbished in February 2009 and offers air-conditioned en suite rooms with flat-screen TVs at great-value rates. |
This partly refurbished Victorian hotel is in central London, 5 minutes’ walk from Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens and Bayswater / Queensway London Underground stations. |
Situated in a quiet leafy street in the heart of the borough of Hampstead, the hotel is conveniently close to Hampstead Heath, Regents Park, London Zoo and Lord’s Cricket Ground. |
Perhaps the most central hotel in London, located in the heart of the West End at the foot of Oxford Street with the whole of London on your doorstep. |
