Sheraton Skyline Hotel London Heathrow  

I chose to stay at this hotel because we were catching a very early flight out of London in the morning. The price was reasonable and the restaurants being located in the building was convenient. It was a large, nice quality hotel that I would recommend to others.

Staff was very friendly especially John at Reception and all guys at the concierge desk. I had a great experience!

Great staff who were friendly and professional. Very good choice of food and drinks in friendly atmosphere.

Clean and comfortable quiet room with convenient shuttle to airport

Great location for our departure the next day from Terminal 1 at Heathrow & of course this hotel has the advantage of the very handy Hoppa Bus which stops right outside the door. Ticket every box as far as we were concerned.

Quality of interior design.

I'm not sure I liked the £1 added to my bill. It's not that I don't want to donate to good causes but I think it should be up to me to do that. I know I could have gone and had it refunded but that meant to queue etc and explain that so I didn'T. Just left a bad taste in what was otherwise a fabulous stay.

The location with respect to the airport was terrific. The bathroom was modern and very clean and the beds were large and very comfortable. I personally liked the lifts in that you required a room card to access any of the floors, which felt very safe. Upon arrival, I had a rental car which needed to be dropped off. The parking attendant was very helpful in allowing us to drop off our baggage.

The worst part was that the family room stank of tobacco smoke. When my wife complained to the reception, they simply stated that there was nothing they could do about it. We were forced to open the window and vacate the room for a couple hours. This left us with very few options so we went for a meal which we found to be very expensive for a very simple menu. So we went next door to the holliday inn.

Stayed there before and we liked the location to the airport.

Only small problem was I asked the consierge to bring a baggage truck up in the morning and book a cab. I had to call down for the baggage truck as it wasn't there at the requested time and I was on a tight schedule for the airport.

I like it it was calm tidy .. and there is indoor swimming pool Its oponing from the morning until 10 pm which is berfect, Near the terminal 4, 10 min. To reach.

Easy to find and parking was not a problem. Any staff contact was of the highest standard and friendly. The hotel was very clean and welcoming. The room had two king sizes beds and was amazing for our needs. Plenty of room for three grown ups, and relaxing enough for a good nights sleep before my son's very long journey to Japan. You would expect Saturday night to be a tad noisy, however you would not have believed how close to Heathrow you were, not one plane noise. Thank you for making our last family night with my son such a happy and successful one.
