The free wine in the club lounge :) although there could have been a slightly wider range of snacks (we were in there from 9pm-10pm) 4 pounds for the shuttle bus seemed too expensive for what it was - fried eggs and pancakes were a little difficult to order at breakfast (it wasn't clear what you could order so perhaps a card or sign would be good?)

Food and pool The picture showing a family room showed 2 double beds in the room. This was not the case when we arrived. There was a folded down sofa bed which was uncomfortable for even our children. The picture was misleading and we wouldn't have booked this hotel if we had known this

The hotel and staff was second to none. The service i received and the room was excellent. I would definitely book and stay again. Would recommend to friends and look forward to visiting again soon. Only negative thing was the noise off the airplanes taking off, was a bit scary lol.

the swimming pool area its so tropical and beautiful, its even more nicer because they have tables by the swimmingpool where u can go and relax. the staff are exceptional. the facillities are worth every penny,very clean and comfortable. it is simply beautiful. My fiance and i will definately go back

The main reason we stayed there with our family of 7 was that we had a connecting flight to Greece the next day and needed accommodation that was very close to Heathrow airport. We booked 2 double rooms that sleeps 4 in each which was adequate for 1 night, though not spacious. Breakfast was not included in our price, but Star Bucks Cafe was in the lobby for a coffee and a bite to eat. On our stay there was a conference which continued into the night and became rather noisy early in the morning, hotel is more geared for business rather than longer family stays. No free room internet access, though computers were in the main lobby.

Proximity to Heathrow and the scheduled Hoppa Bus for convenience. I have used many Sheraton's in the past and they have also proved to be reliable and safe for a solo traveller.

Close to Heathrow airport, beds were very comfortable, staff very helpful, bar in the middle of the Hotel. Breakfast was a little on the Ho Hum........side, coffee lousy, and no potted tea.....for an English Hotel!!!!!

Convenient location even if our daily plan was to visit central London.Friendly staff and fast checking.Proximity to Terminals or to local buses(both free).Space and very clean rooms.Quality of restaurants and a very cosy Sports bar to relax.We would definitely stay there again. Nothing to complain about,but there was no free WiFi.
