Sheraton Skyline Hotel & Conference Centre

The 1-hour free internet access was really appreciated. The bed and room were comfortable, such that I was happy to spend much of my time in it after a long-haul flight.

I had prepaid in full upon booking but was charged again for the entire amount. However, the receptionist on my departure amended this when I showed her a copy of my confirmation from booking.com. The food in the Sports Bar was not of a quality one would expect from a hotel of this calibre, especially for the price paid. The burger was more tasteless and bland than one from McDonald's & was clearly not made of fresh meat on the premises.

I didnt use all the facility as I used to go out and come back to sleep, but over all met expectations

i like sheraton hotels i always like to chose it but this one is really very old they most change the carpet and every thing

convinient for the location. one can take a Hotel Hoppa H3 bus from the side of the terminal 3 to the hotel, takes less than 10min. Beds are one of the most comfortable bed.

Sheraton group should not charge the guests for donation to Unicef.It should be entirely up to the guest whether they want to donate or not.They need to donate from their own profit. We do donate to Unicef by selling their greeting cards without any margin every year.One should do what they like to do but not by force and after being charged.

Closeness to lhr .The staff were uniformly courteous and the receptionist when we arrived was very helpful.However I did not like the barwhich was far too noisy.

I liked the polite staff and the pleasant facilities, rooms were well maintained and v clean, the hotel bar/ diner was also good fun.This was a get away for my partner and I and we will definately be back due to the outstanding service we received.

the rooms were a little warm as the air con did not seem very efficient.
