una bella piscina e una stanza selenziosa

non e chiaro che l'autobus per arrivare all'albergo dal'aeroporto e gratuito solo su quelle di linea non i hotel hopper! la colazione e troppo costoso.

Il prezzo di booking era superiore a quello che avrei avuto con un altro concorrente ... mi dispiace ... ho sempre prenotato con Booking. il prossimo viaggio l' ho gia prenotato con l' altro operatore.

Excellent location, well presented,very clean, good restraunt and sports bar, which also offered food service.

The main reason for staying there was the swimming pool, unfortunately their were very poor changing facitlities and me and my children, were told to wear a dressing gown over our costumes, put shoes on, take the lift down and then go swimming, I have contact the hotel to complain, but no one has called me back, very poor service indeed.They do not value me and my family as paying customers.

Effortless check in, very comfortable bed and good facilities, proximity to airport.

The room service food was of poor quality - meat undercooked, slightly frozen still.

Close to airport easy transfer by bus in the morning, very handy..hotel itself was very good and beds were really comfortable...lucky there was no more room in my suitcase to nick it..haha

the lifts with the room card was annoying, and the staff didnt explain to you at reception what u needed to do!!!

It was close to the airport, but not noisy and easy to get in and out of London by using a free bus which took you to the subway instead of going back to the airport to get the Heathrow express..I staff informed us of this..

We used the bar/restaurant at the hotel. The food was very good, the staff were however a bit stressed.Although we didnt use the pool it looked fantastic . We did use the gym which was good. Breakfast was included in our price and was great value for money

The main restaurant was closed the night we were there, however there was another bar/restaurant to use. There was an irritating noise coming from the aircon in our bedroom.

I liked the bed, linen on the bed. In the Club lounge I liked the food and that it was finger food but reasonably substantial. I liked the design of the Club lounge , that is the different styles of seating available. The way it seemed abit cosy as well as functional and stylish. I loved the speedy service of the breakfast in the early hours of the morning to our room before an early overseas flight. I loved the way that they understood my writing on the breakfast order docket as I was having to feed four people, three of which were teenage hungry boys! I thought it was excellent the food and the quantity of the breakfast. I liked the way they offered us an upgrade which included access to the Club lounge and the free breakfast.

Alot of corridors and I felt I could have got lost easily. Perhaps they need to colour code the carpets and walls etc for each section of corridors on a floor.
