Staff were very friendly and room was very clean and modern. Facilities were what we would expect from a four star hotel.

Was a lovely hotel rooms very nice.

The fact it was my first stay I did not find the staff very welcoming, nothing was explained by the lady who was on the desk, I had to keep asking her. My card did not work in your machine, the lady did not make me feel comfortable, she then procedded to go off into the office to speak to someone. The actual desk experience spoiled our stay we walked up to our room saying how disappointed we was. It's a shame as you have a lovely hotel but based on my experience with the staff I will not be looking to book again in a rush. The lady who cleaned the room was lovely, smiling warm greeting, was happy to put us extra tea bags out without us feeling uncomfortable. Maybe the desk staff need a few tips from this lady.

The staff were very helpful, courteous and accommodating. The facilities, including the gym and swimming pool, were modern, clean and accessible and the room was large with a king/queen size bed that was extremely comfortable. Slept very very well. Many thanks

My room was a long way from the lifts, but I hadn't mentioned I have a bit of an issue walking so not their fault.

King beds and lots of plugs friendly to the us traveler

Charge for internet. The same as the use but always bothers me to pay for something that is already there. Everyone is on internet now and to add $20 to bill just to send some emails is preposterous.

The fact that it had a pool was a positive. Room was good.

No evening dining facilities at weekends except Sports bar - 2 very large screens,deafening noise level,poor food option. Had to go to Marriott next door for a meal.

Before embarking on a long haul flight in which we are breathing recycled air for +11 hours we did not expect to be doing the same at a hotel the night before. There were no windows that could be opened and therefore no fresh air! I had to make regular trips during the night to the area outside the reception in order to breath fresh air! There appeared to be be some artistic license when it came to the photographs displayed of the pool (one of the reasons we booked this hotel was that the pool looked large). We visited the pool the next day to find it was nowhere near the size as displayed on the photographs, then we were told that we were unable to use it until 3pm due to a wedding fair booking (in which, as far as I could see, hardly anybody attended), in this case we decided to stay on in our room in order to use the facilities and had to pay a large amount of money in order to do this. I would discourage people from staying at this hotel for the reasons as stated above.

Extremely convenient for Heathrow Airport, offers a nicer experience than the budget hotel chains in the area - for not a lot more money.

Very convenient overnight location for an early flight out of Heathrow the next morning.

Comfortable bed. Bathroom fully replenished each day. Reminder of clocks changing was helpful. Proximity to McDonalds good for breakfast. Free buses to Heathrow very handy.

Staff were not very friendly and did not offer any assistance when they could see we were having trouble with the lift. We returned late to the hotel one night and we greeted as trespassers rather than guests. Corridors were noisy in the morning. Not a good selection of TV channels.

No heating in our room on arrival but they did bring heaters and were very helpful.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, and didn't bat an eyelid at me turning up dressed somewhat scruffily ready for a holiday in the Arctic Circle. The food was excellent, in the Sports bar and at breakfast, with a good selection to choose from. There was no indication when you were inside the hotel that Heathrow airport was just the other side of the road, no noise or vibration.
