I am not given to saying "excellent" to everything, but your hotel was one of the nicest I have stayed in, large room, lovely bed, very nice bathroom, etc. etc. I would gladly stay there again. A lovely breakfast. Dinner, too, was very nice. with courteous staff. My husband is 93 and found it a bit difficult climbing into the bathtub for a shower. Are there rooms with full showers? Also, we could have used a second chair, preferably a comfortable one. One chair in the room is really not enough. |

Chose this hotel for leisure facilities but could not use them as the tropical swimming pool area was being used for a wedding reception. The food was excellent, some of the best Italian food my wife and I have enjoyed in a long time. Getting from the Airport t5. We waited and waited for a number 53 bus to come along. After 25mins we pursuaded the driver of number 54 to take us. He was very obliging. The next problem was, you cannot get a 53 bus back to t4. You have to go to another terminal and the use internal lhr tpt. We took a taxi which was nearly as cheap as the bus which costs £4.00 each and then you have all the incinve |

The staff were friendly, curteous and helpful. The beds were very comfortable, the pool area was attractive. The restaurant was Italian, so not much variety. Also fairly high end and only open from certain times. Not good for a family. Breakfast and lounge bar menu also too expensive. No garden or outside patio seating anywhere, and as it was hot that would have been nice. |

Close to the airport and on teh Heathrow Hoppa (bus)Stop so a good location if in transit through Heathrow or leaving on an early morning flight. The restaurant the night we stayed there was very slow although well worth the wait when our meal did arrive. They did apologise. |

The concierge allowed us to check in very early and make a special effort to help my husband with a complicated credit issue overseas. The pool was a bonus. The walls were quite thin and we were able to hear the baby next door whenever he cried |

The Staff were very friendly and efficent helping to make our stay very pleasant. I was not impressed with the choice of food. There was very little choice on the Bar Menu, ie Burger, Fish and Chips and with the main restaurant being just Italian food and not European food meant that the choice was very limited. For this reason I would have to think twice about coming back to the hotel. |
