I thought that the staff in the sports bar/restaurant gave excellent service.

The rooms and service were excellent.

Staff were all pretty friendly. Good restaurants and food was OK.

I had to move rooms during my 2 day stay which was OK given that I was moving into a better room, but had to pay again for the movie channels. I did not complain to staff because to me it was a minor issue.

Kids loved the pool, it was good to have a day to relax after a hectic vacation, lot s of sight seeing. Close to airport and staff very friendly abd helpful in making sure our car was on time to pick us up for our flight.

the room was clean and the beds really comfortablle. It was perfect for our last day in London, close to the airport.

They charge for the internet. You have 1 hour free and then you have to pay wich is indecent.

The hotel put me off with no cleaning of bed linen after 3 nights, even after leaving duvet and pillows off the bed, the linen was not changed which spoilt my stay. Had to phone the reception and complain before the linen was changed. It is possible to stay at hotel and see the sights of central london if 1 hour London underground journey is acceptable. Hotel is very quiet considering how close to the airport it is located.The food at the hotel is nice but a little expensive.

We have stayed at the Skyline many times and the reason we keep coming back in the atmosphere of the indoor pool and the freiendly service. It is right across the street from London Heathrow...and we never hear any planes. We take the free city bus to Hatton Cross tube station and go into the city.

Convenient and very smart.

For such a busy hotel, being told the main restaurant was only open for Sports Bar meals on Saturday/Sunday is unacceptable. We booked because we thought we could have a 5 star meal to go with a 5 star hotel and were offered what we could get at the local pub-not good enough. The number of guests warranted a full restaurant service being offered. This was not clear from the booking details.

The fact I was able to book in early on the morning of my overnight stay was brilliant ' allowed me to get over my jet lag. Staff were really helpful and smiled alot. Room was more than adequate and comfortable. Sportsbar downstairs was great for lunch. Really good stay all round ' many thanks to the Sheraton team for helping kick-start my business holiday!

The facility is very nice. Updated, clean, very comfortable.

It was very expensive, and I was told I would get free wi-fi, only to get to the hotel and be told that is 15 pounds extra/night. And then, it's not wi-fi, it's an ethernet connection in the room. For the amount of money we spent per night, that should absolutely be free, and it should be wi-fi. People on leisure trips usually don't carry their laptops. I had an iPad and an iPhone. The hotel offered us an upgrade to the Club level, which gave us access to the Club where wi-fi is available, but we had to pay an extra 48 pounds/night (to be fair, that also included the breakfast buffet and the happy hour). The staff was nice enough, but definitely not accommodating enough for the price. There was no capability to print boarding passes, which for a luxury hotel at Heathrow, is ridiculous. They were also much less than helpful when it came to questions on transportation. I definitely had to do my own research. I would recommend this hotel for the facility, but you just have to be aware of what you are getting.
