Had a warm welcome from the staff. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. An excellent full english breakfast with friendly service. A great find as a b&b in Shrewsbury will go back and recommend. Also a pleasant walk to and from town centre past the river. nothing - it was all good

Lovely staff, the room was comfortable and the milk/tea bag rations in the room VERY generous; I always end up taking extra tea bags with me when travelling, but didn't need them this time. The breakfasts were nicely cooked and very filling. The location is handy too, both to the station (I travelled by train) and to the town centre. Absolutely no fault of the hotel's, but some of the other guests were noisy (slamming doors, talking loudly on the stairs). Unfortunately you seem to get that everywhere.

Breakfast. Car parking Window catches were broken/missing, and the wind howled through the window immediately above the bedhead. Apparently previous tenants had damaged the room, and paid for the damage, so it should have been put right before it was re-let.

The room was clean and functional, the shower in particular had very good pressure and temperature. It was just a short walk into the main town and right near a couple of pubs. The breakfast was very nice and cooked exactly to my specifications. The resident dog was very cute. The room decoration was rather drab, which was slightly disappointing as with a little effort it could be made charming (admittedly this was the cheapest room, so others may be better decorated). I was lucky to get a park, even arriving early evening.

Godd price for a single room. Best hotel breakfast I've had in a lot of years. Very helpful staff. Was offered the use of the phone & was able to leave luggage there after I'd checked out. Can't find anything.

Good location close to town centre. Very good value with friendly hosts. Bed was very comfortable and although close to main road there was no late night noise as mainly residential. Breakfast was excellent and good choice to suit all tastes.

Top class breakfast, served rapidly. Sociable staff. Proximity to railway station. The room temperature could be easily controlled. The alarm clock ticked louder than I am used to.
