Location truly in Chelsea and within walking distance of excellent shops and restaurants. Very comfortable room with small but excellent shower room.
The lift is really small; two persons absolute max.
Very helpful staff
Lift was very small as I had a pram to take upstairs but staff we're very helpful in offering help with it so made it easier
Large bed and enough space, helpful staff, help to take the luggages upstair for us as the elevator is too small
Difference between twin and double bed is rather relative, but it seems to be a general case for hotels in London
We were visiting the Royal Brompton Hospital and the hotel is just 300m away - perfect. The entrance and room were very contemporary and will designed and given the space, as comfortable as possible. Staff were excellent. About 10 mins walk from the nearest tube station.
Not surprisingly, parking is an issue. There are alternatives but they are some distance from the hotel and London pricing. The room is pretty tiny but clean and OK for a night.
Rooms compact but with everything you need. Staff friendly, helpful and courteous. Good breakfast choices. Well located.
Great location and welcoming staff.
Let down slightly by the limited communal area.
Just thought it would be good to have tea and coffee making facilities as standard
In a great location, very comfortable and staff very attentive.
Clean, correct room but smallish
Noisy rooms, you hear everything in the room next door / above
The hotel is a lovely boutique hotel in a lovely location although the purpose of our visit was for the hospital. However I would definately stay there again as the staff were very obliging and the hotel was spotless.
for a one night stop over it was perfect. The whisky porridge for breakfast was heavenly, breakfast in bed served so nicely, cooked to perfection fresh and tasty. Plain and simple furnishings, extra sockets for european plugs was good to see
There was nothing to dislike about this hotel.
The location is perfect and rooms great . Sometimes the staff are not as friendly and welcoming as I would expect to a returning customer.
Can be noisy as wooden floors above my room make for disturbed times especially 6.30am !
Very comfortable beds and I was totally and perfectly happy here it met all my needs and will return
calm and tranquil, very comfortable
would have liked a small kettle and the option to make tea
Clean, stylish, and well-located, we had a great stay here. This little hotel does well with the small things like the sheets, pillows, soap, etc. they even provide a large bottle of water. The rooms are small, but have everything you need! Highly recommend this place!
The Hotel is perfectly located, in the heart of Chelsea and offers an outstanding level of comfort. The room is equipped with everything, the 24H room service is so enjoyable. The room was so quiet, the service was excellent. I have been many times in London and it is from far the best hotel I stayed in. Definitely a place I'll come back to. Well done
Excellent position and very friendly staff. We were only staying there for one night but would certainly stay there again
The room was very small but we did not really expect it to be large in a townhouse - that would be only comment
This is a friendly, very modern and very clean hotel which is well located. The staff are very friendly and there are excellent restaurants nearby.
The quality of the cooked breakfast is excellent but it takes a long time to be served. This is the second time I have stayed. Each time I have had to wait over 30 minutes.
Location, good quality of customer service, cleanliness of rooms, comfort of beds
Not having tea and coffee making facilities in the room
This small hotel is in an excellent location, it is very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful
Like most London Hotels, you can't swing a cat and this room was no different - very tight
Stayed for a single night. Room was decent size. Bed was extremely comfortable! Bathroom was of high quality. Staff were great, friendly and helpful. Price for central London was amazing value, would stay again!
Avoid London like the plague during school holidays, unless you enjoy queues of 1 hour plus for everything!
Great location close to Metro South Kensington Station and Hyde Park, spacious room and bathroom, lovely shower, friendly staff, 24/24h roomservice
Parking is possible down the street but is expensive
Location, walking distance to South Kensington underground & restaurants & cafes, comfortable bed & clean sheets/room, 24h reception, drinking water & toileteries (shampoo, lotion, vanity kit) provided, check-in was reasonably speedy.
Not a dislike, but rather some slight inconveniences; no tea/coffee making facility. Not a very spacious place so, bear in mind large items when negotiating upstairs/lift/corridors. Staff can appear a little 'blur' at times, probably English is not their 1st language, but that is minor.
Well presented room good food very clean and comfortable
