The Hotel is perfectly located, in the heart of Chelsea and offers an outstanding level of comfort. The room is equipped with everything, the 24H room service is so enjoyable. The room was so quiet, the service was excellent. I have been many times in London and it is from far the best hotel I stayed in. Definitely a place I'll come back to. Well done
Excellent position and very friendly staff. We were only staying there for one night but would certainly stay there again
The room was very small but we did not really expect it to be large in a townhouse - that would be only comment
This is a friendly, very modern and very clean hotel which is well located. The staff are very friendly and there are excellent restaurants nearby.
The quality of the cooked breakfast is excellent but it takes a long time to be served. This is the second time I have stayed. Each time I have had to wait over 30 minutes.
Location, good quality of customer service, cleanliness of rooms, comfort of beds
Not having tea and coffee making facilities in the room
This small hotel is in an excellent location, it is very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful
Like most London Hotels, you can't swing a cat and this room was no different - very tight
Stayed for a single night. Room was decent size. Bed was extremely comfortable! Bathroom was of high quality. Staff were great, friendly and helpful. Price for central London was amazing value, would stay again!
Avoid London like the plague during school holidays, unless you enjoy queues of 1 hour plus for everything!
Great location close to Metro South Kensington Station and Hyde Park, spacious room and bathroom, lovely shower, friendly staff, 24/24h roomservice
Parking is possible down the street but is expensive
Location, walking distance to South Kensington underground & restaurants & cafes, comfortable bed & clean sheets/room, 24h reception, drinking water & toileteries (shampoo, lotion, vanity kit) provided, check-in was reasonably speedy.
Not a dislike, but rather some slight inconveniences; no tea/coffee making facility. Not a very spacious place so, bear in mind large items when negotiating upstairs/lift/corridors. Staff can appear a little 'blur' at times, probably English is not their 1st language, but that is minor.
Well presented room good food very clean and comfortable
Easy distance to tube and bus. Located in between Kings and Fulham Roads. Didn't do breakfast so can't comment but lots of places nearby. Easy checkin.
Room no very big. Could hear voices from other rooms and room above (top floor) had no carpets so was woken by people above. Toilet flushing noise from other rooms loud. Am Not a light sleeper either so beware!
The hotel was excellent, the staff were so helpfull and obliging.
The price was expensive but there again these are London prices so one cant expect any other.
I live in Bath and use the Priory quite a lot- which I love. I even had my Wedding Lunch there. When booking Sydney House, i had no idea it was in the same group. i'm SURPRISED it is - as it really is very average. It's sad as the location is fabulous.
Location was ideal for our trip to London.
Cannot think of anything really...?
the location was excellent. The rooms were well appointed but TINY.
All of the rooms were tiny. I cannot imagine two people staying in my room.
Staff and Location
restricted sitting areas
The location The Staff The Room The Lounge
A little bit expensive
staff/location/cleanliness/ambience etc all were great
Facilities No small refrigerator in the room - REALLY irritating, just needed it for cold water and milk (not for food) Lift was too small and slow.
I always stay there...4 times now....
Location Modern renovated rooms Comfortable beds/sheets
Rooms were small but very nice and comfortable. Room service food was pretty good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Conveniently located in South Kensington area. About a 5 minute walk to the tube station.
I really don't have any criticisms - the stairs were narrow and the lift was extremely small, but that is to be expected.
We loved being so close to Kensington Station. A great room that had everything we needed.
A small room but the location was more important than room size.
Quality of bedding/towels/hair dryer/bathroom/size of bed
lovely room, confortable bathroom , silent by night , good sleeping
Close to the tube station, lovely room with great bedding and lots of pillows. Modern and comfortable design light and calming. Free wi-fi and water.
Could hear quite a lot going on in the rooms around and above mine. Mix up at breakfast for some reason with my order.
Well appointed boutique hotel, good location
Perhaps a business center could be useful; not everybody carries own laptop on short trips
