rien draps pas propres, ai dû intervenir pour qu'ils soient changés.Avons dû dormir dans l'annexe et c'est sâle, pas du tout en adéquation avec le standard de l'hôtel. Avons été réveillé en pleine nuit par des jeunes qui faisaient beaucoup de bruit devant notre fenêtre. Ils avaient trop bu. Le manager a fini par intervenir. Avons fait part de notre insatisfaction à l'hôtel. |

The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. The garden is beautiful and very well maintained. Coffee tasted like sump oil. the hotel feels a bit sad and outdated a little shabby round the edges a bit tired |

nice efficient staff at breakfast Was stuck out in the annex with no air con, no email/computer facilities, needs reburbishing badly, 1970's decor, I would not recommend it and would not stay there again. |

Excellent, large, airy bedroom.Friendly, chatty staff. Wonderful food, well presented - good sized portions. Price of soft drinks exorbitant - £2.60 for a pint of soda water(not even bottled!) |

we loved the staff at the craws nest,had a mix up when we booked in,but the staff sorted it out for us,well done to them had no complaints about the hotel,but did with the booking, as we were up for our wedding anniversary,we booked a double room,but when we arrived,we had been allocated a twin room,which we were none to happy with as you can imagine,but the staff were great and found us a double room.so in future,we will book next time through the hotel instead. |

Breakfast was served reasonably quickly. The smoked haddock was very nice. The staff, apart from the evening bar staff, were polite and cheerful. The rooms are very small. The soundproofing is poor - I could hear snoring from the next room. The bathroom was antiquated. Some of the breakfast items had obviously been sitting under a heat lamp and were dried out. The recommended taxi services were unreliable. |

Conveniently situated. Staff we encountered, with exception of breakfast waitresses were rather indifferent we felt. Our room was very small and inconveniently designed and the wardrobe doors appeared to be broken. While the bar was pleasantly situated it was somewhat shabby and torn seat upholstery had been inexpertly patched instead of being replaced. |

Comfortable, bright room which was very clean. Stairs were difficult with all the luggage. Would be better if there was someone to help, though to be fair I did not ask for help which may have been forthcoming. Nicer if it was offered to OAP's though. |

it was convenient for going to the music festival in anstruther. one of the breakfast staff was particularly friendly and made the morning pleasant! the walls are very thin and sound travels - we were woken up by a drunk rowdy bunch at 4am!! |

Convience for walks, food and friendliness of staff. in need of upgrade - nothing seems to have been done since change of ownership. Stair carpets worn at bits and seats in bar lounge fixed with tape. |

Your staff are superand very friendly. The four of us felt that they couldn't be more accommodating and helpful. The restaurant/bar manager Jordan was particularly efficient. The hotel staff let us use the laundry room to dry our golf gear. The hotel is in a beautiful fishing village and is superbly located to facilitate golfing in the area. The meals we had were very good and great value. |
