Alle kinderen tot 2 jaar oud verblijven gratis in het hotel, wanneer er gebruik wordt gemaakt van de reeds aanwezige bedden.
Alle kinderen tot 2 jaar oud verblijven gratis in het hotel, babybedjes inbegrepen.
Alle oudere kinderen of volwassenen betalen GBP 25,00 per persoon per nacht extra bedden inbegrepen.
Maximumaantal extra bedden/babybedjes in een kamer: 1.
Extra bedden zijn op verzoek beschikbaar en dienen door het hotel te worden bevestigd.
Toeslagen worden niet automatisch meegerekend in het totaalbedrag en dienen apart te worden betaald in het hotel.

Centrale ligging. Zeer grote en gezellige bar direct aan het hotel. Loodgieter was aan het werk in onze kamer bij binnenkomst.... verrassing... Badkamer heeft opknapbeurt nodig. Te weinig kastruimte. Ramen konden niet fatsoenlijk open. Van 1 raam lag het rolgordijn op de kast..... kapot. Vooraf betalen vind ik persoonlijk ongewenst. |

Great location, within short walking distance of main attractions, restaurants, bars, shops etc. Good atmospshere, Hotel staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, on the small side but ample for 2 people. Would stay there again on a visit to Edinburgh. Luckily we stayed at the rear of the hotel so noise wasnt a problem, be prepared for noise at night into the early hours if your room is located over the main courtyard, as the hotel has a busy bar open to non residents. |

Friendly and helpful staff in Hotel and Three Sisters Bar Very very noisy late at night/early morning on both nights!!! Difficult to sleep!!! Room was very small and hot - if window was open, could not sleep for the noise! |

First room had screw holes in all the walls the bathroom was mouldy, the seal on the shower screen was broken and mouldy allowing water to flood bathroom when showering.we could not have the window open because of the smell of cooking from the hotel kitchens also the staff used the dirty courtyard area below our room as a smoking area and we were woken up at 3am by bottles being emptied into a skip, we did complain and were moved to a better room for 2 nights and refunded half of first night stay .breakfast was very disapointing very greasy and no white sugar available ! |

The Hotel is situated very close to the heart of Edinburgh and attached to a pleasent bar and beer garden. Live music was a welcomed surprise. Perfect for young to middle age couples/groups. No, could have been slightly cheaper per night but acceptable due to location. |

It was located cose to the center of everything. The room was well- designed. The water runs way too fast (like 2 mins to fill a tub). I booked as a single and the rooms offered were awful with very small beds. I upgraded for an extra 7 pounds and got a room three times the size - tay away from the singles! |

Comfortable bed.Tea and coffee making facilities available in the room. Good central location for main sights in edinburgh. Sight seeing tour bus stopped outside the hotel. Reception staff were helpful when we needed to visit a doctor. The room was very warm and we didnt want to open the window in the evening due to the noise from the bar below and the busy traffic on the road in the morning, |

Great city centre location, close to everything of interest. The reception staff we're very friendly and helpful. Felt more like a backpackers hostel than a hotel. We we're not expecting much after reading the reviews and I think we got exactly what we expected. Our room was beside a kitchen so we could smell food and grease. It was also quite noisy... but we slept and that's all we needed. |

The location is ideal for all of Edinburghs sights I reported the toilet seat being broken and was told it would be repaired however it wasn't. I was going to complain on checking out as I felt our breakfast should have been free due to this but didnt want to be seen as an awkward customer. |

The location was good. It was close to the museum and quite close to the Edinburgh Castle. The hotel was a little too dark and a little too noisy. I took a very long time to look for the hotel and the staff answering my call was not very helpful. |

Nothing positive to say about this Hotel. We escaped the hotel after one night, although we paid for two. The room was very dirty. The carpet was so horrible you would not want to walk around without shoes. We could hear the television and conversation of the rooms above and next to us. It might be a good thing for a hotel room to be dark, but this room felt like a dungeon. The beds were so hard, we might as well slept on the floor! I traveled a lot and seen dirty hotels, but I would not recommend anyone to go here. |

The hotel receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful; I don;t ask too much from a hotel, but the staff are often the difference between a pleasent or not so pleasent stay! |
