Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was large and clean with good shower. The hotel is great value for the price and there was a good continental breakfast included. Only thing I would have appreciated was a desk lamp as I was working I'm the evening.

Not much. How did it obtain the star raring.A very tired old establishment. The shower I think was discarded by Adam & Eve when they redid the apple tree.

The room was large and clean Night staff rude and unhelpful, I arrived at 11 pm due to very bad traffic only to be told that the latest check in was 10.30 pm, even though my key and booking were ready on the desk. Not what you need after a stressful day, he grudgingly agreed to give me the key with very bad grace.

Cheap and handy for my meeting the next day. Breakfast was advertised as continental, this transpired to be a choice of cereals, a croissant and a piece of toast.

Friendly staff, plenty of parking and free wifi in the rooms. Handy location for all major road networks. Overall the property was a tad basic and dated / tired inside.

The bedding didn't look like it had been cleaned from previous guest, the room was freezing cold, I slept in a jumper, jeans and socks it was so cold. The lights went out for around 15mins about 10 o clock. When I went to use the shower the head and the metal rod fell off the wall and landed in the shower base. The staff member I spoke to did give me another room to shower in which I did appreciate.

The manager was friendly. You has free access times. It was very quiet. The breakfast was cereal toast and croissant. No hot option. The facilities are aged. There was only a shower and wasn't powerful enough. The tv in the room wad miniscule. Only one teabag and one coffee sachet per person. Only a tiny bar of soap for washing / showering.
