Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff; large room with a sofa ( very unusual in this price bracket);decent continental bfast included in a very competitive tariff; interior decs. Fresh and appealing. These guests completely satisfied thanks. Hot water took a long time to run through at the weekend

Very pleased with our stay at Happy Guest Lodge, clean, modern decor, very quiet even though near a busy road junction. Breakfast choice good and well presented. Would definately use this Lodge again.

Excellent budget hotel. Spacious and comfortable room. Professional and pleasant staff. They recommended a pub a short drive down the road for a reasonable meal. Its on the side of a busy road next to a petrol station - so not scenic. But it didnt bother me - I was on business and there was no road noise inside the room.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff is outstanding. Whilst the modern building shows one or two very minor signs of wear and tear, and its location near a busy road junction is not ideal for light sleepers, it is comfortable and spotlessly clean. I would recommend to again for anyone who requires a budget stay in the area for business purposes.

this is a very nice place to stay, we had a lovely welcome at reception, the room was lovely and clean and with breakfast included the price is very reasonable. I would definitely stay there again, highly recommended.
