The room was an excellent size, with an enormous, comfy bed. Loads of piping, hot water, & a huge tv screen to crash out in front of after a hard days shopping in Bicester Village. Very accommodating, and reasonably priced Room Service. The staff were really friendly, but didn't seem to be very well aquainted with their duties e.g we had to ask for a breakfast menu.

Very flexible and accommodating regarding checking in. The rooms were in a courtyard setting, and very quiet, with only 2 rooms per unit, no corridors and banging doors as you would normally find in hotels Nothing

The food in the evening was great but they had a wedding event the next day so we had to sit in the bar to eat which I felt should have reflected on the prices for overnight stay and food. Looked like it could be a great place for a self contained wedding. The rooms were grubby, bathrooms were really clean, but some really odd stains on the walls and no excuse when all the walls are Magnolia.

We arrived around 7pm to be told that there was a private function going on and that the restaurant was closed and we no room service. There are no nearby restaurants so we ended up having to go back to bicester village to get something to eat. Not exactly an ideal anniversary meal! I would have expected to be told of this when the booking was made.

Excellent friendly staff, the breakfast was amazing. Location perfect for Bicester Village and not far from Oxford. Evening meal was good too, large portions. Quite location with plenty of parking. Rooms are large with plenty of wardrobe space. Bed wasn't very comfy.

They were very kind and helpful. Although apparently they were refurbishing, I saw no sign of it. Everywhere was clean, tidy and comfortable. I could not fault it in any way.
