Stayed in Bicester, a lovely town, as it was close to the Silverstone Circuit for the F1 British Grand Prix, being only 30 minutes away. Great place for expensive outlet shopping.
Easy to reach Oxford by train or car.

The town is quiet and good for a restful weekend and shopping at luxury and sports brands. I enjoyed visiting the large number of shops at Bicester village, Bicester shopping park and there's a Tesco superstore - these three locations are within walking distance.
There are a few restaurant options as well for food.

The house was great, with two double bedrooms and two double bed size sofa beds. Very clean and organised, everything you need is there and all labelled up. Easy access and car parking, local amenities within walking distance. Bicster Village is 10mins walk. It does need bed sheets for the sofa beds and the TV should be in the living room rather than the bedroom.
The house was clean and tidy, hosts made sure we had all the information needed to get there. There was always a parking space in the front of the house available. Location itself was good, close to the Bicester Village, and also about 10min walk from the town centre. Kitchen had more than enough utensils, cutlery and crockery for 3 adults and 2 kids to stay. Host was responsive to solve the issues that arose during our stay. Cot bed was provided for our stay. Overall a lovely 3 bedroom house in a nice countryside town.
What a lovely B&B Lionsgate is, in a great location for Bicester Village Outlet (5 minutes walk) and Town Centre for food at night (5 minutes also.)
Lionsgate was clean, bright and airy, beautifully decorated throughout and a spacious bedroom and en-suite. Kerrie has thought of everything, even down to phone charger, which I had forgotten. Water, tea coffee, biscuits, ear plugs (🙂) etc in room.
Breakfast was good, parking on-site...a real must if looking for somewhere to stay in Bicester. Thank you Kerrie.
The hotel is within walking distance of the town centre and Bicester Village and has a spacious free car park. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and the hotel very clean and comfortable. We were impressed by the delicious, freshly cooked breakfasts with variety of food choices and our large, well equipped room and en suite. We thought it was very good value and would definitely recommend it and stay there again.
Compact modern house in a modern housing estate.
Just as described, photos accurate. Well stocked modern kitchen. Welcoming touches with tea and coffee and biscuits. Good communication with the owner. Great patio to sit out and safe garden for children. It is a very warm house and plenty of hot water. 5 minute drive to the Bicester Village.
Hotel is above a pub and is in a good central location with parking and many restaurants nearby. Very close to Bicester Village (which is why we went). Staff all seemed very pleasant and advised us of a discount at the bar if staying in the hotel. If anything room might be too cheap based on facilities, location etc.
The location was great especially if you want to visit Bicester Village. It’s also just a few minutes from the local train station. The hotel is also tucked away nicely from the city centre it’s very quiet and relaxing. The rooms were great and had everything you could need inside. Also nice views from the rooms
Breakfast was very good, staff were very helpful, service was very good. After our comments to the manager he did tell us they had only taken over a week before and the hotel was going to be refurbished early next year and, as a good will gesture, did not charge for our previous nights drink and sandwiches.
Due to early starts we had to leave before the start of breakfast, but the proprietor kindly prepared some cold food and tea for us. Overall, the hotel was very well located near the centre of Bicester and several restaurants. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.
I like the breakfast. It was not much choice like other hotels but it was enough. It is better to keep the hotel cost lower than a huge breakfast. It will be nice if they’re are more fruit and cheese options. There was huge selection of meat but not much cheese options in the continental breakfast.
from the minute we checked in all the staff were so curious and friendly, felt like home not just another hotel. nothing was too much trouble for the reception staff or the restaurant guys. found our new go too hotel right near Bicester village.
Room was clean and recently decorated, if a little small. Hotel was opposite a pub serving good and inexpensive meals. Bus stop (for Oxford or Bicester Village, for example) was just over the road. Area was quiet over night.
The hotel is a bit old but the room is spacious and clean. The staffs are friendly. The breakfast is simple but good enough. They provided free parking and wifi. The location is good and close to Bicester Village.
