Budget price and good but expensive restaurant. Not much choice of hotel in the area though Staff surely attitude. Reception locked on arrival/departure was more like a B&B. Bfast included but no choice as brought to room. Room very small. Booking was messed up as they double booked and rang my wife at home insisting I hadn't arrived and then argued with me.

Nothing whatsoever! Probably the worst hotel we have stayed in. You could say it was clean and the bed fairly comfortable. That's it. The Indian restaurant attached, however, was without doubt the FINEST I have eaten in in nearly 50 years. Keep the restaurant, close the hostel (well you can't honestly call it an hotel chaps!) Where do we start?! We entered through a side door of the adjacent Indian restaurant and fought our way past chairs, a 12 foot metal pole and other junk in the passageway to find a door leading to the restaurant. This DOOR, we assumed, was the reception desk! There wasn't another. Two or three surly management staff immediately asked for credit card payment and ID!!! Thank God I had my passport with me. That was another all time first in 69 years of hotel booking! The room was on the second floor and we had to fight our way past a triffid to lug our heavy bags up there. The manager did move it later. The room was booked as a family room but, when we arrived, amazingly the family room was being decorated and although we asked to at least see it, they refused. Hmmm. Instead we had a small double with a Z bed for our 18 year old son. Poor soul! The shower was poorly (cheaply) lit and the water pressure was so poor you had to start showering yesterday for today. Everything, including the towels, smelt of mothballs. Breakfast was a complete travesty. They only bring it to your room - no breakfast room. Ordered for 7am, arrived 7.15 - tea was cold, toast was cold; HARD boiled warm eggs, 1 jam, 2 butters (for 3 people), orange juice, insufficient milk and 3 packs of Fruit & Fibre whether you like it or not! On the second morning, after complaining to a more pleasant manager type it arrived, booked for 7.30, at 7.45. We had Cornflakes (wow!), hot toast (burnt and scraped!), HARD boiled warm eggs, 3 jams, several butters, hot tea and plenty of milk. Come on guys, this is 21st century planet earth. People are not going to put up with this rubbish when paying..... wait for it.....£85 a night!. Oh yes, no spare toilet rolls (we only just made it to the end of the stay!), only 2 shower towels for 3 people, noisy every night until the last customer left the restaurant. Shall we continue?? Give it up chaps, use the rooms for the staff......

The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable. I also liked the concept of serving breakfast in your room. Missing out on breakfast on the 2nd day. However, to their credit, the staff contacted me afterwards and stated that the individual serving breakfast was unwell.

The location The hotel staff were rude. When booking in they were dismissive and in-polite. We were made to feel that we were an inconvenience as we were made to book in at the same place that people order their take away from, and were asked to step to one side whilst they processed an order for a customer. In addition the individual who was vaguely booking us in took a telephone call and ceased to serve us. One of the other staff had to assist. When signing in the book they had, there were comments stating that the staff were rude. Our room was of poor quality, and there were stains on the bed sheets. There was an AC unit/Condenser outside the room that kept us awake and when it was turned off, it made very loud cracking sounds, that also kept us awake. They played happy birthday very loudly at least 7 times which prevented us from resting. The smell of indian food was strong in the bathroom and was drifting in through the vent there. The bed was in need of tightening up as it wobbled when we sat on it. The bed also had plastic sheeting that made noises when we moved and also made us feel very sweaty. The breakfast was low quality and they stated that it could only be served between 07:30 & 08:30. It arrived at 09:00.

close to bromley town center, comfy bed rude staff, was made to carry my suitcase up 3 flights of stairs whilst pregnant. Our continental breakfast consisted of a hard boiled egg, cold toast, a packet of frosties and undrinkable tea and coffee. No-one there the next morning to see us out so was also unable to write in their comments book. Also was charged £10 more than stated on their price board. Would not stay their again.

Staff were very firendly and accommodating.I arrived late in the evening and even though the restaurant was about to close they offered to serve me a meal in my room. I accepted the offer and the meal was amazing. A minor point, but the counterpanes were slightly marked, probably due to the willingness of the staff to provide comfort and ease to their guests. This did not in any way detract from the overall enjoyment of my stay.

Absolutely nothing! I have commented on Trip Advisor as this hotel is the pitts! Filthy - we stayed here as we had no choice. Our friends were getting married locally to this hotel and everywhere else was fully booked. The room was very basic, dirty pink carpet, ripped curtains, rotten windows - these were plugged with tin foil in an attempt to block out noisy traffic and rain. Bed was lumpy, cigarrette burns on the bedding, the whole room needs updating and replacing! Did not get continental breakfast - this comprised of 2 small boxes of frosties, milk, pot of coffee, 4 slices of stale, burnt and cold toast with butter and jam, 2 boiled eggs. Both eggs were off - we asked for one to be changed but the replacement was watery and off too! All we had for breakfast was a glass of orange juice. If the breakfast was anything to go by, we would never eat in the restaurant downstairs! We did not enjoy our stay at all - we want our money back!!!!

On the positive side when I complained , there was 1 room vacant with twin beds and it was like the picture on your website. However it really isnt worth the money . The room we were originally given was not what we saw on your website. It was revolting, the cushions on the bed stank to high heaven, Apparently our room belonged to construction workers during the week. I doubt they paid £85 for the night. The bar prices are outrageous my husband paid £8.50 for 1 pint and half pint of lager. I also pointed out the net curtains which were black with having not been washed for yonks.

The restaurant was exceptional and totally unexpected. Wonderful food but top prices! The receptionist was surley and demanded a proof of identification which was the whipped away by a colleague to be photocopied. When I asked why that was necessary I was told it was policy of theirs since he was beaten up by a client recently!! Also be careful... A pint of lager here will set you back a whopping £5.25 each!!!

The room was spotless! There was a kettle ,lots of Tea and Coffee ,I asked for some milk, and was given a jug full, not thoes horrible little paper tubes! If you enjoy a good curry, just pop downstaires to the restaurant,I had one of the best I;d had in a long time.,only spoilt by the sweets, which were still part frozen. We only stayed one night,(family funeral nex day) but if I needed an hotel in this area again ,I would not hesitate to book the Tamasha. The breakfast was great, but we had to eat it in our room,we had no choice, as there is not a dinning room downstairs, only the restaurant which is closed. This would have been O.K. if there had been somewhere to put the tray, perhaps a small folding table ,as it was we sat on the bed ,it was quite difficult trying to butter the toast as we only had one small plate between two of us.
