We were treated with courtesy throughout our stay and would recommend to others. The room was very clean and tidy and the breakfast was excellent.
Traffic noise due to location of bedroom.
Location. Food. Staff. Enjoyed our stay very much. 2nd time we have stayed. Last time our room was in the pub building this time we were in a room situated in the car park which was fine.
Unfortunately we had no hot water in the bathroom basin. But the shower was fine. Sure it could have been sorted if we had asked but it wasn't a great inconvenience.
Clean room, breakfast
Shower was awful, slightly chipped and the pressure was dreadful
Water pressure in shower the only letdown
Plesant staff, friendly atmosphere
meal on second night was not up to the standard expected.
as an over night stop on a journey between somerset and yorkshire it was excellent.
the bathroom was rather lacking in shelves and floor very easily became lethally slippery
The room was small and noisy due to being on the front above the drinking area.
Good value B&B, pleasant staff, good breakfast, everything in the room functional, good after hours access, free parking
Breakfast TV a bit intrusive
Staff, Room, Food, Atmosphere, Breakfast and overall Ambience in the public areas.
WiFi was shocking No Sanitary Bin\Bags in the bathroom. Shower very hit and miss, either red hot or freezing.
Staff OK. Food basic but plentyful
Bathroom needed an in depth clean. No towel rails. No clothes hooks in bathroom.
Clean friendly super breakfast would stay again any time, value for money.
Duvet too heavy for me as room quite warm, but nothing else to concern me.
staff very helpful breakfast good and well presented rooms clean and other areas well kept
The staff are friendly & very helpfull. The rooms clean and well equipt. Food was very nice (especially breakfast). The owner was one of the nicest people Iv met. My children have all asked to stay there again.
Showers were poor and very small bathrooms
Great location for Drayton Manor. Staff were friendly. Room was small but sufficient. Would stay again, just in different room. Good value for money.
Little things. Shower was either boiling or freezing. We were in room 1 which I'm guessing was right above the kitchen as every 1/2 hour or so the room would vibrate with the noise from the fridge/freezer underneath. Little boy is very light sleeper so not a good nights rest for us.
Stayed here for one night the staff were so friendly couldn't do enough for yea lovely atmosphere and really close to Drayton Manor.
Breakfast was just perfect .
Helpfull staff, excellent location, clean rooms and a great breakfast. These things and more will ensure that we return to the Tamworth Arms and will recommend to all.
Room was ready, clean and more than good enough for the price. Staff were cheerful and helpful. Breakfast was well catered for and efficient. Pleasant surprise for the money!
Staff were really friendly, beer was good and the breakfast was very nice. TV in room. The pub itself is a nice place to be.
I had a single room, small but adequate. The room was extremely hot with no fan or air con. The noise outside the window from either a generator or refrigerator was so loud that i got no sleep. I had been told that I would shut off at 9pm but carried on through the night. The shower was tiny and very low pressure, the fittings in there were also in need or repair. The bed was uncomfortable and the bedding tatty.
Location. Good food,
Toilet cistern old and very poor function. Cleaning in dificult places poor.
The room needed a good clean and replacement new bedding, towels, and carpet, a complete refurbishment is required im afraid we will not be staying there again.
The ease of booking, good room, would recommend any time. parking off road was a plus, in fact best place we have stayed in a long time. Would love to stay again next year for longer.
excellent value all round excellent food menu both choice and quality a warm friendly welcome from both staff and customers comfortable rooms
the breakfast. a very big disappointment. very cheap products used. the dinner was superb, the breakfast was as if i was at a different place
Friendly staff, spacious, clean room with comfy beds. Big shower with ample clean towels and good water pressure. Free parking 100 yards from room door. Free cooked breakfast. 8 mins from Thomas Land and 2 mins from big retail park for petrol and buying lunch for the day. Would highly recommend.
