The setting of the hotel was beautiful and because of Christmas, it was decorated festively. The Staff were very good and attentive. The room was excellent. |

The whole ambience of the hotel and its surroundings were beautiful. Our room had a beautiful view and the cleanliness was non fault. The staff were extremely polite and friendly. Both our breakfast and evening meal was excellent. The last minute rate for half board was really good. I would recommend this hotel without a doubt. |

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff friendly and efficient. We ate in the dining room and found the menu excellent and the food beautifully cooked and presented. The portion sizes were perfect for me but some may find them on the small size. |

Well positioned hotel in nice surroundings The cost of drinks at the bar was just ridiculous.why do hotels do this? Over £9 for a bottle of lager and small glass of wine!! Hotels who charge these inflated prices for drinks do not deserve your custom, I think they show little respect for their customers by doing this. For this reason I will not go there again and would not recommend the hotel to anbody else. |

Its interior is beautiful and the garden is very beautiful too. I saw some squirrel and rabbits. They say you can see even wild deers in the garden. The restaurant is beautiful with many flowers and clean and quiet. The waiter and waitress are very nice too. Right after booking this hotel at this site, I was told much more expensive condition in confirmation e-mail. It was corrected after my reply. But disorder of information such as price, what is included in it, and booked or not, happend again and again. Its pity because I like other part of this hotel and its relatively easy to correct. The conditions may be different depending on the customer. |

The hotel has a classic, old-world atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food was very good. Internet access charges: £15 for up to 5 nights is not such good value when only staying one night. |

So stellt man sich den Aufenthalt in England vor. Romantisches gut ausgestattetes altes Gebäude, das in einem schönen Park eingebettet etwas abseits der Strasse liegt. Gute Anbindung an Windsor, Eton und Ascot. Gehobene Küche. Die Sanitäranlagen sind sauber und luxuriös aber nicht auf dem Stand der letzten Technik. Die Kopfbrause plätscherte lediglich wie ein leichter Regen. |
