A gem of a little place just 10 minutes walk from the city centre and all the shops. Rooms are furnished to a very high standard and the staff are helpful and eager to please. No food, other than a wonderful breakfast, is provided and there is no bar. However, I feel that to do so would spoil the ambience. Nothing really apart from the slightly irritating noise of chattering women coming from the room designated "Office" on the 2nd floor. Didn't complain as I don't suppose many people return to their rooms for a nap during the afternoon! |

On arrival good car parking facility. Excellent receptionist and although we arrived early we were able to go straight to our room. The room was first class and bathroom facility very clean. Good choices for breakfast and waiter service friendly and efficient. |

The friendly, helpful staff and the cleanliness of the whole hotel not just the rooms. It would have been nice to have been given the option of an evening meal. |

Free and secure car parking - within walking distance of Belfast City Centre - food, staff and room presentation excellent - must be the best B&B in the city No shelf in the shower to put the soap ! - this room had a dull view through the fire escape, but I know other rooms have better views. |

it had a contemporary feel about it. It was clean, and the staff was great. Notthing was bad about the hotel, however, the street on which it is situated was kind of noisy at night. |

Very comfortable, nicely appointed. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and smiling. Breakfast was good. Minimal radio availability in the bedroom. It wasn't as central as I had thought. |

Room was confortable and clear and in a convenient location. Service was excellent and there was good attention to detail. The noise from the railway line was noticeable but did not impact on the oveall experience. |
