Just about everything, the hotel, staff and facilities.

Customer service was excellent. Staff brilliant. They said everything was possible and nothing too much trouble and they meant it! Hotel comfortable and clean. Gardens spectacular.walking distance fom Bath city centre.

There was nothing to dislike in this excellent hotel!

Staff were friendly. Rooms were cosy. Spectacular view. Close to bath centre.

Breakfast (full English) was poor in quality and value for money. Dirty teaspoons. (Both of us) Left door unlocked after cleaning room. If you are going to charge me £9 for a fry-up, please make it a good one.

Susan and the staff were so friendly and helpful from the minute we arrived well beyond the time we left (they sent us a thank you note). We simply did not want to leave. There may be many B&Bs to choose from in Bath, but there is only one with Susan and this staff.

The house was fabulous as were the staff. A great place to stay in Bath it was near the canal walk into Bath which was good as we left the car there

An amazing Bed & Breakfast, with a great location and facilities. Susan is a great host; very helpful. The place and amenities were so great my mother expressed the opinion to return there again :-)

We were made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble.The Hotel is a lovely building with beautiful furniture in the sitting room,bright dining areas and wonderful patios and a very large garden down to the canal. A lovely 15 minute walk along the tow-path in to Bath. Excellent breakfast.

Standard double room is on the small size.

Staff were all excellent, the owner is very friendly. The views were great, the rooms were warm, comfortable, and furnished to a very high standard. The building itself is very quaint, suits Bath very well. The continental breakfast looked good, but the cooked breakfast (at an additional cost, mind), was fantastic.

Beautiful house & decor, extremely helpful staff, comfy beds and a tasty continental breakfast.

Honestly welcoming, attention to detail, good hot shower, excellent bed (springbox mattrass) and the staff did really everything to accomodate us on all levels.

The bathroom of our otherwise spacious and luxurous room was very small.

Sue and Dalili were delightful and great hosts.

fabulous hotel, the lady who owns and runs the hotel is an absolute marrvel and runs the hoel perfectly our stay was an absolute joy

Location and the service of the staff. The room was nice, the bathroom was a little on the small side but that was the only downside. A really nice little hotel, and we will go back, would recommend this hotel as a very good base to explore Bath and the surrounding area

The style of the house, the comfort of the beds and room and the professional staff. Despite it being November were able to walk into Bath along the canal which was lovely.

Sue, the proprietor. She is very warm and friendly. The breakfasts are awesome and very well cooked.

We loved staying at tasburgh house, sue the owner was very welcoming and friendly, the room was spotlessly clean. The views are fantastic and the bed was the best nights sleep that we have ever had. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the stay there, would definately stay here again.

I liked that it was the set-up is quaint, cozy and relaxing. The breakfast was very delicious and loved the view from the conservatory. The owner, Sue, is very warm and caring, which was a plus-point in our case.

Beautiful grounds, and the opportunity of walking into Bath fairly quickly without having to deal with traffic.

The elegance of the house,the lovely gardens that lead down to the canal,we had a ground floor room it opened on to the court yard gorgeous. We enjoyed the easy stroll in to town by the canal, staff were professional and attentive, many thanks to sue and all at Tasburgh house,highly recommended.

The hospitality was 1st class and the location with the view ideal.

Wonderful staff whom were welcoming and willing to assist with all needs. The rooms and house were impeccable and the atmosphere was very peaceful and relaxing. The garden was a delight and it's a beautiful stroll along the canal into town. We will definitely be back.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, very comfortable rooms and the breakfasts were enormous and very enjoyable.

The only thing I would say is that the walk through the grounds to the canal path would have been better had there been an actual path rather than walking over the grass as our feet were covered in grass cuttings and very messy
