    Entrance was lovely as was the apartment. Beautiful building in an excellent location.

    Small things - I do not give permission to put up the following comments. A couple of small things Furniture arranged in a peculiar way in the living room. No ironing board Would have loved another set of keys. No scourer to wash up with. Usually would expect at least 1 of each tablet to use the dishwasher and washing machine. Entrance floor was a little unclean the rest of the apartment was clean. Double bed in ensuite room was uncomfortable, the rest of the beds were very comfortable. Sorry if I have said more than I should.

    Location was good, staff managing the apartments were very supportive and welcoming.

    Apartment 20 was below standards and there was a bad smell (seems somebody was smoking in the apartment).

    All the fixtures and fittings in my single room were brand new. Walls were solid so I wasn't troubled by neighbours. Wonderful armchair! Excellent location: shops on the doorstep and just 20 minutes walk to the town centre

    The beginning of a visit involves opening the combination lock to a secure box containing get the room key. Not a problem if you 5'6" or more but I'm 5'5" and I struggled a bit to reach and read the combination lock dials!

    Very bright and spacious, excellent value for money would definitely stay again. Wasn't hard to get the keys.. Instructions were clear and very easy to follow

    Mattress in the main bedroom was very very poor you could feel the springs it was so uncomfortable I switched rooms.... :( Other rooms were fine

    Huge flat Super fast Virgin broadband Self catering

    Area not the best. Easy to find, but personally I wouldn't want to go outside alone..

    Clean bathroom. Problems sorted eventually.

    Not enough bedding. When spoke with staff were told apartment only suitable for single occupancy even though advertised on website as suitable for 2 adults and 2 children.

    Very spacious, modern kitchen. Lovely apartment. Very clear instructions sent.

    The master bedroom en suite must have a leak somewhere as after a use it has that smell

    All facilities matched the description

    Light in wardrobe didn't work. Room very hot no cooling fan. Only two tea bags for a three night stay.

    Unfortunately had a horrible experience. Was overbooked in the same apartment as someone else, poor management with no insight. There were no keys available upon arrival, had to wait for 1 1/2 hour before getting sorted. Then was compelled to stay in a completely different room with poor hygiene and sub standard facilities rather than the booked apartment . Poor response from management. As no one knows whose fault was it. Poor facilities I am afraid. Definitely not 4 or 3 star, may b 2. Would not recommend. Hav already put down a formal complaint.

    Location

    The staff were unhelpful at all. There was no iron facility for two days. Sofa was broken and I fix it. The flat was full of ants. Moreover the staff refused to give us 1 hour more only after check out time which is 10 a.m. They tried to charge us 50 £ more for 50 minutes late check out. They are the worst staff I ever seen. They may open flat door at any time without get permission or at least inform you.

    Every thing was bad , furniture very old ,from sundy market, bad smell , dirty and cleaning staff hired from out said old lasy women do nothing , the towels very bad you can not use even to your dog , the bead are uncomfortable at all , I was booked ground floor , the but me in 3 floor , we I fly home the charge on my card 50 pound they said the apartment left with dirty which not write only 2 garbeg bag and 2 dish was not clean because we was in Harry to air port I do not know why they offer cleaning for what ? To charge the customers ? , in general my advice to find another place , the want charge

    1. Staff response excellent! 2. Any requests were treated/attended to almost immediately! 3. Definitely improved by leaps and bounds; mid September '13 and January '14 stayed here too. 4. Unexpected delays renovating my place so extended from 16 days to 1 month; the staff here did their best to make sure we have the same apartment!

    The apartment was well located and the value for money was great. Good size apartment and friendly staff when booking.

    There is a certain knack to the using the front door key. You don't just put it in and turn. We arrived at 11pm and could not get in because of this. We had been given an emergency number to ring but nobody answered. It wasn't a problem as we eventually figured it out, but the number never even called back despite my message. This is poor form.
