Situated within the old city walls very close to the Caernarfon Castle. Apartment accomodated the four of us comfortably. Bathroom was very nice and clean and seemed like it was recently upgraded. Especially liked the heated floor in the bathroom. A minor inconvenience was that access to the apartment accomodation was through the kitchen and laundry room which were in some disarray (as can be expected in a busy B&B). Breakfast took longer than expected in the morning. |

A very nice small hotel right inside the old town walls. Hosts were very friendly. Breakfast was of good quality and taste. Perfect place for a short stays. No 24h car park nearby, street side parking space is very limited. |

Friendly atmosphere created by manager. Clean facilities. I had to pay cash on departure, despite having submitted credit card details online. Still not sure whether I have been double charged!? |

Well situated within the old town of Caernarfon, this guesthouse has a homely feel about it. The owner operator is very welcoming and cooks a great breakfast. Shower head was broken |

We had some books in the room. The location was excellent The service was pretty bad. It took half an hour to check in! The place is not run by the owners, which maybe explains the lack of care. |

Near Snowdon. The service was quite poor, person in charge seemed irritable and annoyed most of the time. Lacked interpersonal skills, and lacked interest in customer comfort and simple breakfast wishes! Also seemed very upset with payment arrangements as we believed we had paid online as your company does not suggest otherwise when card details have been entered! Perhaps this should be evaluated for future customers. |

Central to Caernarfon town so very handy for getting about. Breakfast is priced separately but remember to actually book it! We assumed it was available whether you wanted it or not and it caused a bit of hassle our first morning when we found out it wasn't. But when we ate there the next morning, the breakfast was very nice! |
