Ease of booking
Dreadful lack of attention to detail by Booking.com. Postcode missing a digit (should be LL55 1SW. Got lost and only arrived after 10pm. Please rectify.
location is perfect. 1 min to the nice beautiful castle. breakfast was great, too! nice friendly staff will serve traditional english breakfast!
Ideally situated for exploring the town and close to all amenities,.
Enjoyed stay... Central location
Adequate for a one night stop off. Did what it needed to do.
Rooms were filthy!
As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the owner who was friendly and warming. Great attitude and caring.
The man was lovely and delivered a good service with a smile. The place was nice and quiet and there were no disturbances
The position of the guesthouse The friendliness of the staff The size of the room Excellent value for money
Breakfast was nice but not enough of it
Friendly and clean.
Owner wasn't into rugby. Only joking
Excellent value for money
Great location, the host was very kind and friendly, the room was comfortable.
The heater inside the bedroom was not warm enough in winter.
Phill was a very welcoming host, nothing was too much trouble.
I had an early appointment at Bangor hospital so this was very convenient. Thank you
bed was hard and too short.
Owner was extremely accommodating. Basic but warm clean and relaxing
the bloke that runs it is brilliant. the bed was big a comfy wifi steady and fast breakfast was pretty damn good. heaps of toast right in the middle of town. everything is near by. food, beers, everything.
the weather. not nearly as hospitable as brilliant man that runs tegfan.
Quiet location close to the town walls. An excellent full English breakfast was provided at 7am,even though breakfast wasn't usually provided before 8am.
The staff were amazing, breakfast was good but would of been good if you could select out of a few options Great Location Phil is a legend and very helpful
Parking was a bit hit and miss and the wifi didn't work the best up the top in our room
Location was perfect. Room was clean. Nice tv/dvd player!
The welcome I received was appalling!! Was made to feel uncomfortable from the word go. The room was freezing, radiator had been left off, turned it on in the evening, but never got warm!
Phil is a great host. Not everybody's cup of tea as he can come across as slightly abrupt. I call this being a typical scouser with a very dry sense of humour. Great breakfast, comfy bed and no shortage of hot water in the morning. Will be booking again for next year. Cheers Phil .
We really enjoyed the location and our host Phil was great.
Wished we could have stayed longer !
The owner was very friendly and the location was excellent, right next to the castle and sea front, a short walk away from anywhere in the town and Snowden is a short drive too.
The bed had an uncomfortable mattress and the walls were relatively thin so we heard when next door was getting up in the morning, especially when their door slammed.
Great location, cracking breakfast, and good value foe money
