Abby on the front desk was absolutely great and everyone else was fantastic too

breakfast was exceptional. Barman in the evenings was very considerate and an asset to your hotel.

Did not like the slippery floor surface in the shower. Felt vulnerable and the grab rail was out of reach.

Value for money. Clean and tidy

Waited 2 hours and 3 phone calls for staff to bring a extra duvet as ours was an inch think and was a chilly night. Very slow staff, probably due to inadequate training.

Staff require more training. Had to give £50 deposit by card using my pin. Not sure if it will be returned . Will have to remember to check my bank statements!!! Breakfast was not kept warm .Fried eggs cooked to early.

A lovely room with all new furniture and obviously a brand new shower room. Big comfortable bed.

No air conditioning. The room got very hot at night. I stayed 2 nights and left the window open all of the 2nd day so it was a bit cooler on the 2nd night.

Very good hotel... Good value for money

rooms were comfortable.breakfast was everything you could want.position was lovely for the town centre.

bar was not stocked of beers ciders etc on pump.they only had one draught beer available.

Staff friendly and welcoming. Room was fabulous for the money paid. Newly decorated, new bathroom. Huge fluffy pillows on spotlessly clean comfy bed. Access to gym and pool. Excellent value.

What's not to like?

There was a problem with the room and the staff sorted it immediately. 24 hour bar plus pool tables. Relaxed atmosphere

The fact that you can not cancel if commitments change

Restaurant for evening meal was excellent and the breakfast was very good. The staff dealt with the large number of people who were at breakfast with great respect and professionalism despite being under pressure. Nothing was too much trouble.

The only issue was when my husband went to get a coffee from the machine at the stroke of 10 o clock so we could digest our breakfast, the lady was just starting to empty the machine and therefore he was unable to get one. Whilst I understand there has to be a cut off point, I feel that the coffee machine could be left or an alternative could have been offered.

The hotel was modern and clean.

I had to keep renewing my room key every day. The staff were unhelpful when I couldn't get internet connection - they didn't know what to do.

Rooms very clean. Breakfasts excellent.

Temperature controls in rooms not good. Beds extremely uncomfortable & when I spoke to reception they were not interested, just said "oh" On arrival had to wait 45 mins to check in - not good!

From the moment we checked in, all the staff were pleasant and greeted us with a smile. They went out of their way to be helpful. A credit to Radisson Hotel Group!

The dining room was too brightly lit in the evening. There were lots of different lights big and small and they were all on. It was like Blackpool illuminations and it spoilt theatmosphere.

Being moved to a decent room.

Room 507. Change the very small sink for one that can be used. I could not shave or brush my teeth in such a small useless sink. The tap does not fully turn to hot because it hits the wall !
