Easy to find with large car park Saturday night noise..and after I'd checked out I discovered that other guest had been given partial compensation refunds for the 4am disturbance!!! The check out staff didn't ask if I'd had a good night...not surprising I suppose. Also the booking confirmation stated that breakfast available for £10 but upon arrival told that it was £13 as I hadn't booked breakfast at time of booking...this is just misleading and morally wrong!!! Finally I asked about wifi prices and was told they were embarrassingly high due to a contract the hotel has....ok fair comment they are not commercial rates. oh...one more thing, the rooms are a bit dated too. Could do with a visit from the decorators. Will not be staying there again. Holiday Inn and Premier Inn both close by.

The restaurant and food was good For the price of this hotel, the state of the rooms are shocking. This is not at all Radisson standards - be warned! I've stayed in hotels half the price and twice the quality/standards. Some odd hotel policies too - watch out for them!

Reception staff were very helpful. First room was totally worn out. The bed was almost in two halves. Complained and room was changed. The second room was a little better but obvious that this hotel is penny pinching. The shower cap when opened was totally mouldy as if it had been in its pack for the past 10 years. Basic hotel but very tatty and rough around the edges. Needs a bit of a re vamp.

It was excellent value for money. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Good Gym. The room decor was dated. The rooms could definitely do with a refurb especially the bathroom.

The hotel was a good location as we were at an event at Telford International Centre. We just stayed for one night but everything was clean and comfortable making our night very pleasant and relaxing. The staff could not have been more helpful, even telephoning me before the night because I needed wheelchair access for my husband. I was told what facilities were available and everything was just as we needed it to be. A wet room rather than a low sided bath would have been more useful to my husband but as we stayed just one night it did not matter

I was very disappointed with the park inn because we expected a level of hygiene as associated the radison. we found scum around the bath so my wife had to clean the bathroom before we could take a shower.

Staff was super friendly and helped me change the room to a more comfortable one on arrival. Overall was very good stay. Internet was expensive so I didn't use it, but on the other hand the room rate was very cheap, so can't complain too much. Also breakfast was a bit expensive, so I just had it once.

I just want to say the hotel was nice fairly clean location very good beakfast was excellent that part of the staff was first class and very clean and very helpful no problem at all I just would like to say that I think on arrival to the hotel to be greeted by your receptionist was very off putting we had travelled a fair way she did not seem interested at all and the way she made you feel by saying and writing that everything from now on would have to be paid for by cash or card. So why 99.9% of the staff could not be faulted your front line person I think was much less than helpful we usally stay at a premier inn but we thought we would have a change but it did not live up to what we expected

We were attending a Model Aircraft convention, and have done for the last ten years, and the Park Inn provides all the things we require. Prices of the drinks - in the evening after our meal we like to sit and chat (till about 2.00am) and this proves expensive.

A comfortable hotel with excellent facilities. Signed up for the Club Carlson scheme and were told that everything we paid for during our stay would have the discount and get points, yet it was not accepted at the bar - misleading information provided.

The hotel was fine and the staff were excellent. The foom was clean and comfortable and reset well for the second night of my stay. Easy to fing and get to. The fixtures and fittings were a little tired in places, carpets frayed and in my room had trouble flushing the toilet and the sealant in the bathroom was scruffy and coming away in places as was the edging on the room table.

Pleasant, courteous staff The room was in need of decoration and the toilet did not flush efficiently (needed 2 or 3 flushes to work). I requested an early morning call on our final morning as we were caring for our grandchildren and it was not noted, therefore we had to have an extremely short breakfast.
