The Hotel also has 9 excellent ground floor Conference rooms with the largest room being able to accommodate 475 delegates and has the ability to showcase vehicles and large machinery, Wi Fi, climate control and dedicated Conference organisers. Some rooms have natural day light.

The sauna, steam room and swimming facilities in this hotel are great.
Even better than some five star ive stayed in. Close to shopping and a
short ride to wellington's bars and clubs.

conveniently located, fairly quiet even though it's not far from the motorway

didn't like the fact that the bed had two single mattresses and not one kingsize! one mattress was firm and other was too soft.

Booked and was accepted for a double room, however on arrival there were only twin rooms available

it was cheap & chearful and clean and comfortable and well located

when we came to check out the receptionist tried to charge us double the price even though the booking in card said £47

Very easy to find

We came down to breakfast at 10:15 sunday morning and felt a feeling of
(it's a bit late we want to go home) the food was all dried up and we
had to asked them to please make some more if that was possible, and
made us feel a bit awkward. However they did.with a smile in the end.

Duty manager responded well and positively to my request for a change of room. The gym is OK.

Vastly overpriced for standard of accomodation and the food is awful. The only reason for staying in this hotel is the lack of alternative in the area.

Very close to the conference centre. Staff coped well with the large
number of guests (several conferences, events on at the same time).

Even though booked non smoking rooms many months prior to the stay,
these are not guarenteed, issued on a first come, first served basis.I
Didn't notice if this was stated on the booking form/ information at the
time of booking.Cleanliness of the bathroom was not good.
